Bought this oven on February 27, 2023. Loved it for the first 3 months and then went downhill fast. You set it for 350 and it goes to 400 and then down to 320 and up again to 430, meanwhile your cake or cookies are ruined. We have had the repairman here 3 times and oven still does not hold set temp. Frigidaire techs via telecom are the rudest I have ever dealt with. Frigidaire refused to replace oven. Now ordering a third part to replace.

I do a lot of baking. Having the extra oven space makes it go so much quicker. This oven preheats super fast. I love the touch pad for setting temp or time. Nice wven baking even with 2 muffin pans!! Bought it for the price love it for the features.

I've always dreamed of having double wall ovens and I finally got my dream! These work perfectly and I love that I can bake different things at different temperatures. My cookies bake evenly every time and our Friday night pizzas always bake to perfection! I love that there is a touch screen so that you can easily just input the temperature without having to press an up and down button. It preheats quickly and the fans inside make sure my food bakes to perfection on all sides. The look is modern and classy and I love that the stainless steel doesn't leave fingerprints. I've never owned a more perfect oven and I'd highly recommend this to everyone.

Double Oven Disaster

The first appliance delivered popped and sparked after being powered on. Neither oven, on the replacement unit, will maintain temperature. Keeps going down and down. Repairman determined it was a bad controller. I have been waiting on a replacement part since Tuesday 6/13.

New Wall Oven Great, but the Frigidaire Warranty on old Gallery Oven Is Terrible

The new unit is wonderful. Our old Gallery Double Oven had been covered by Frigidaire Warranty for 10 years but could not be repaired. We were given $1,656.00 by the warranty which did not cover the sales tax or installation, so we were out of pocket over $700. Very disappointing, as we had paid over $900.00 in 10 years in warranty fees, so were not very happy with the warranty.

I remodeled our kitchen in 2006 at the time we decided that a double oven is the way to go. We replaced all of our appliances and after 17 years our oven began to fail, I am a very handy person and was able to repair with parts that were available. Unfortunately parts were no longer available. After researching I found the Frigidaire the most economical with all the features of the high end name brands. This oven is amazing, simple to understand the touch screen, the sleek finish and the guarantee to fit was a huge deciding factor. I could have went with another brand offering rebates etc. only to gain a function which we felt we would probably never use. The spacious inside, the finish and beauty of the oven has really made our kitchen a showcase! Being a fixit kind of guy most other brands are using Frigidaire parts so the logical choice would be to just go with Frigidaire. As other appliances begin to fail Frigidaire will be the standard replacements. No paying big bucks for fancy names! Thanks Frigidaire!
