Frigidaire Freezer

We are very happy with our purchase of the 16 Cu. Ft. Upright Freezer to replace a larger one that stopped working. The freezer is working great and definitely keeping our freezer items colder than the old one did. It is a nice size for our garage and I am happy that it is specifically designed for a garage or other unheated space and will keep the temperature stable whether it's 0 degrees or 100 outside.

All my foods are visible which was not as prevalent in my old freezer. I wish the door shelves were a bit deeper but its all good. There wasn't a floor model at the time so I couldn't see how deep they were. All else is great!

Height and width are just right. Plenty of room for food to be frozen and for boxes of frozen goods. Plus the wire racks I love the best-way easier to stack items compared to the flat shelves. Plus I own a Frigidaire fridge which has 2 ice makers !

I™€™ve had a 17 cu ft upright freezer for many years, and although it was going strong, it constantly needed defrosting. Empty the freezer into borrowed coolers, defrost, wipe up the inside, wipe everything dry and then put everything back in. Only one adjustable shelf. But now, with my new 16 cu ft upright freezer that™€™s all in the past! All adjustable shelves. Lots of good storage on the doors. Bins are great, too. Shelves are deep and everything is easy to see. Really happy with the purchase. Just in time for freezing summer produce and applesauce!

It was just what we needed. The fridge/freezer in this rental is a bit small, and you can't buy much meat when it's on sale. Then along came this Frigidaire 16 Cu Ft freezer, which was an answer to our problems. With all the spacious room, we have been able to allocate a shelf for beef, one for pork, one for chicken, and one for seafood and miscellaneous items. below that there is a nice basket for whole chickens, hams, and a turkey. Then there's five trays in the door that can hold ice cream, bread, bacon, and small items for easy access.It also lets you know things are OK with a green light at floor level and a chime if the door is left ajar for more than a few minutes.This freezer will pay for itself given the ability to take advantage os big sales at the local food stores.

We have had a Frigidaire freezer for 45 years. We inherited a 13 cu ft freezer when we were married and it lasted many years. We replaced the 13 cu ft freezer in 2009 because the original (30 yo) decided to quit. Recently the 2009 freezer was costing us more in repairs than the original price. We love our new freezer it works perfect for our needs. Very roomy and I love that the shelves are adjustable and having shelves on the door is very handy. I like that it has a lite in the freezer so I can see my frozen items. I do appreciate that it's also made for use in a garage which most people use it, so I believe this means it can handle the extreme temperatures in a garage. So far we're happy with our purchase and best of all it was on sale!
