This is the third one of this model. We are somewhat restricted by having to install built in models to match the stove. The last two just stopped working after cooking the same dish that required 15 min. on high. We are afraid to do this again. We only use it to reheat leftovers.

Bought this as replacement of similar model (failed after 2-year use). The installation was straight forward and easy. It looks good with the stainless steel frame too.Much quicker, easier and cheaper than call a repair service.

So, today, I'm buying my 4th one of these. First purchased in Aug. 2014, then again in Jan. 2017, again in Oct. 2017 and now No. 4 in Oct. 2022. Only one of these was reimbursed under warranty. Unfortunately for me, this microwave is the only one I can find that will fit in my built-in cubby.

This microwave came with the appliance package that was installed in my home. The Microwave is 3 years old hand has stopped heating. I took it to my local appliance repair shop and was told that they don't make replacement electrical parts for it. So i am now trying to find one that will fit in the space this one was in.

2nd Microwave

This is the 2nd microwave bought from Frigidaire in 3 years. Remodeled my kitchen with high end appliances, but my builder recommended not to do that with the microwave. It was built end and the kit around the microwave. About 3 weeks ago it started popping when heating food. Called my builder and recommended buying the same oven because it would not cost anything for a new kit. I did and it is fine. There isn't anything I can say about the oven, except it didn't last long.

Replacement purchase of a failed unit

I bought this one to replace the same unit that failed. Previous unit was under warranty. Still waiting for a refund from Frigidaire. Sent in all the documents. Was told I would receive a debit card to purchase a replacement. 6 weeks later, nothing. I only bought the same unit because it was plug and play. Hope this one last more than 6 months. Warranty procedure is terrible. But, the new unit works fine. So I got that going for me.

I recently bought this microwave and I™€™m happy with the power and how it heats food. I™€™m disappointed in the push button feature to open. It is very hard to push, especially with older hands. Also, the door is so loud when u close it. If I would of realized you had to push hard on a square piece on bottom, I would not have purchased. Also, the light inside is so dim and the buttons on the outside are very very small. Definitely not a good microwave for older folks like myself.

I bought this to replace a microwave that had worked for over 20 years. I was ready to be disappointed as I did not think quality appliances were made now. So far I have been impressed with the ease of operation and the convenient features, especially the sensor reheating and cooking features which automatically stop the cycle when the food is ready to eat. Installation was a little challenging as my cabinet is 24 inches wide so we could not use the 27 or 30 inch trim package but the oven itself is just what we needed.

I've had this model for around 2 months. Works wonderfully. Love the quick minutes feature. Also as an avid popcorn fan, the preset level actually does wonders leaving almost none unpopped and not burnt.

I replaced my microwave because the fan quit working only to find out the new microwave has no fan. I also find the control buttons too hard to program-very hard to push on. I also can no longer preset the time and setting for my next microwave event as the timer will just tick the time way. That is a very disliked feature..
