While having a nice spacious refrigerator and freezer we found 2 concerns. The freezer is bigger than our previous one so the bottom of the door is lower and if not careful you hit your head on it when reaching into the refrigerator. Also the refrigerator door is only an inch off the floor so again if not careful ,when closing it you can run over your foot . Other than that we love the no handle look and style of it.

I waited and waited but no one ever answered. The first 3 letters of my name that the "virtual asst." gave were completely wrong. I tried their text but nobody was there either. I found some info online but what if there's a real problem? I would have chosen a different brand if I knew they were simply not there to answer a few quick simple questions. Otherwise, the unit was OK except for the bits of plastic that remined after the wrapping was removed and some bits of white residue on a few edges and behind some seals. Why was there a Hinge Bearing 5304522194Item #4960446 | Frigidaire OEM Part #5304522194 in the bag with the manual? No mention of it in the manual. No info available except photos. (Maybe You Tube). Why do you call something a "Fresh Food Compartment"? It's not mentioned in the manual. And what is a mullion? I looked it up but there doesn't seem to be one on this model. Not mentioned in manual. 90% of the manual is pretty worthless.

I love this refrigerator...You ask why? Let me tell you why:Price- it is not super expensive like the ones that they make now. Function- It is big, a lot of space to put everything you need, both the freezer section and the refrigerator section. You don't have to squat or bend down to look for food as the shelves and the freezer is eye level. Finish- I like that it is not glossy. It's matte, easier to clean, less smudge and dirt being seen.Traditional and Functional!

So far so good We had this delivered just yesterday. Time will tell of its reliability. If it lasts as long as my Kenmore (30 years) I'd be impressed, if I'm still here. I am however very impressed with the way it was packaged for delivery. Everything was secured in place with foam and tape. All the exterior surfaces had a plastic film wrapped on them to prevent scratches. The sides are a textured black matte and the doors are a gloss shiny black, very elegant IMHO. Like how deep and wide the door bins are, plenty of room for whatever. The shelves are adjustable and clear. The deli drawer is also clear and can slide from side to side. Plenty of light to shine down towards the bottom. Ample room between shelves in the freezer and refrigerator depending on how you adjust them. The one thing I noticed is that the freezer door is lower than my old Kenmore, so I am having to bend/ crouch down more to see further back into the fridge section top shelf. That's just my issue and at 63 my bones and joints aren't as flexible as years ago, but I'll manage.I don't find it abnormally loud. About the sme or less then our Kenmore was. When it shuts down you can hear a clicking noise very faintly. I suppose it's self defrost mode. It only lasts for about 30 seconds. It doesn't bother me Overall 5 stars so far, very happy we purchased this one.

I am almost very happy with my new refrigerator. But disappointed that the door could not be switched to open the other way. The driver told that one of the screws were stripped and we would have to contact the manufacturer. Every time we open the door it it™€™s the wall and would like to have this fixed

We needed a fridge fast at our rental property in northern Maine. A local appliance dealer had this one in stock and was able to deliver it in 2 days. It™€™s a very basic model, and it works great. We may add an ice maker later. The shelves are a bit difficult to remove to adjust, but a little muscle power solved the problem.

We love our new Frigidaire refrigerator. It's quiet, and we really like the amount of shelf space on the doors. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because of the plastic shipping wrap. We have been unable to get it out from under the door trim and therefore bits and pieces of it are visible. It looks like the door trim would need removed or pried up in order to pull out all the plastic wrap.

I didn™€™t see this fridge in person and would not have purchased it if I had. I don™€™t like the shiny finish, it shows finger prints. I don™€™t like the way the door stops and doesn™€™t close all the way when you don™€™t push hard enough. Why would you make a refrigerator door that stops before it closes all the way?
