We replaced the older version of the Frigidaire column refrigerator and so far we are very happy with our purchase the refrigerator is bigger than the old one (17 years). The new feature of having water on the inside of the refrigerator is a nice feature as it keeps the outside of the refrigerator nice and clean

I had a prior model of this refrigerator that had been a been repaired multiple times over the past two years that the manufacturer declared it a "lemon" and replaced it with this new model. Been installed now for about 30 days, but so far so good and the interior layout and design is superior to the model it replaced.

Loud knocking noise

Terrible. Loud knocking noise that certified techs cannot fix. 3x techs came out to "fix" but still happens. Loud knocking noise happens 2x every day at random times. Lost a lot of sleep so far since owning for a month. Service techs take a long time to come out. When is Frigidaire going to replace obsolete unit??.

This review will probably get shoved to the bottom like all of the other 1 star reviews but do not buy this fridge! It was great for a year, now it won't cool and of course Frigidaire says it's out of warranty. They bury all of the bad reviews and apparently incentivize people for the good ones since all the recent ones are 5 stars and labeled as "incentivized." Customer service couldn't have been any less helpful, suggesting that I unplug it and wait 24 hours. I've never had such an awful experience with an appliance in my life and reading the other 1 star reviews has me terrified that we're going to have to replace the whole thing then deal with Frigidaire warranty service when it breaks again. The kitchen cabinets were designed around it and we have the freezer, too, so we're stuck with this model.

This refrigerator is very high quality and I have been very impressed. The hinge was squeaky after about 6 months but was easily remedied. All in all very happy with the product. I love that the water dispenser is inside the fridge and not on the door.

I bought this as a replacement for the older model. I am not as impressed. The door shelves are poorly designed especially on the bottom. Just about nothing fits. The fridge door itself bumps into your feet when you open it, super annoying! Minimal depth for such a large piece;there should be more space inside.Overall I think the design is less than stellar. I expected more thoughtful design.

We seemed to have been scammed, And/or Frigidaire, seem to remove this unit damaged from retailer but are ending back up at salvage companies. We where not aware that the sticker inside and on the back of unit where remove. Make this unit a now sellable frig, We purchased it in march paid for two service tech to come and give thoughts as to there is a Freon leak. It should have been covered under warranty. but the units are missing the Serial numbers.

This fridge looks great, especially once the trim kit is on (however the trim kit is finicky and difficult to take on and off). There's not really a cheese drawer... the drawer in the middle is a vegetable crisper. Wish there was another drawer in the middle for cheese and lunch cuts. Over great so far!

Legs for this fridge are totally inadequate! Very difficult to install fridge and impossible to move once installed as fridge not on rollers and legs are very fragile (easy to snap off). See pictures below. Just purchased 3 months ago. Legs broke on installation and after 3 months and multiply calls still no luck on repairs or solution to problem.I have been very satisfied with Frigidaire appliances over the last 20 years but after paying 4K for this Fridge and total lack of support for a major design problem leaves me more than frustrated to say the least.
