I purchased my Frigidaire refrigerator in January 2023 on the advice of a refrigeration repairman. It was delivered March 23, 2023 and installed a couple of months later after my new home construction was complete. It lasted about 3 months before it started to fail. Customer service (someone who barely spoke English) was not helpful. I had a refrigerator/freezer full of food and the best he could do was get a repairman out in a week or so. Repairman showed up - I had to call the repairman myself after waiting a week and discovered customer service had never turned in a repair request on my behalf although they indicated they would. After two weeks a repairman showed up. He determined it needed a compressor. Took another month for replacement parts to show up. Replaced parts and it last a week before it failed again. Repairman repaired and lasted a week before he had to return again. It is September 11, 2023. It has not been working a little over a week. Who knows who long it will last this time. Repairman said the problem is the refrigerant they are using. Went from 154A to R600 and now most new refrigerators fail within the first 3 months. By the way my refrigerator cost over $2300. Extremely disappointed in this purchase. Lost faith in a traditionally reliable appliance.

1. plastic used to cover the stainless steel does not come out of the seams, so is still there.2. the refrigerator arrived with a large scratch on it.3. the bar that closes to seal between the two doors came loose and had to be readjusted to make sure it closed when you close the door; you had to manually close the bar before the adjustment

We've had our fridge for a few weeks now. The ice and water in the door are super convenient. The drawer freezer is much easier to find things in than our previous side by side. The only thing we would change is the deli drawer. Having to open both drawers to get in and out of the drawer is a bit of a pain. Overall though, it worth every penny.

My wife and I have gotten used to owning our first ever counter-depth refrigerator™€¦Frigidaire. Originally, losing 2.5 cu ft of space, as in the case of a standard refrigerator seemed to be inconvenient. We made adjustments and the 22.6 cu ft is working well for us, like we have always had a unit like this. Info displayed is readily understandable to take corrective action, example, after a power outage. To date, the unit is working as expected™€¦cooling, freezing, dispensing water and ice cubes. Looks really clean & there is a lot of room. I really think this has a well designed layout of spaces & drawers. Same size as my last refrigerator, but this French door model seems to have more room than a traditional side by side. It really keeps the food cold too. I like the added temperature controls on the front panel.

There™€™s some things lacking in this Frig™€¦ no butter keepers with roll down tops, no area for eggs or holder, lighting could be better in the interior, and I hate the handles on the outside™€¦ they actually attract fingerprints. Not like my Kitchenaide for sure.

Loud knocking sounds all-day/all-night

Not sure how this refrigerator passed inspections, or if it was inspected at all, but it makes extremely loud noises. There are cracking/snapping sounds that happen just before you can then hear water running inside it which we assume is to fill the ice reservoir. Then there are random loud slap sounds--like someone slapped the ground with plastic bat. Not sure what that's from. I've found similar complaints online where people have recorded the sounds. Wish we looked into this prior to the purchase. The interior of the fridge is set up nice, the shelves are spacious, and the water/ice dispenser with well.

We have had the refrigerator for about two weeks now and we have enjoyed it. We have much more room than our last side my side refrigerator. Two things we would change if we could: 1. The fingerprint smudges. We have two little kids and every time they touch it there™€™s another smudge added. 2. The fruit and veggie drawers. We wish they would come out a little further. Sometimes it™€™s hard to get to the stuff in the back. Other than these two things, we have enjoyed the fridge so far!

This fridge is a lot more spacious than expected. The bright lights inside are welcome. The water filter is easily accessible. The ice tray is not very large so plan ahead for parties. I find it a little too noisy.

I am not really impressed with the Frigidaire refrigerator. It is leveled and tipped back just a little bit. I need to manually close the doors. The freezer door I have to manually close that as well. One of the motors Constantly runs. Sometimes it™€™s faint, but sometimes it™€™s loud. It™€™s annoying. All my new appliances of Frigidaire. Not real happy with Frigidaire. Having issues with my stove as well.
