Issues with the fridge with no resolution

I have been looking at buying this fridge for a long time now and was so excited to be getting it finally. I did not want to leave a bad review but there were issues with the fridge and the store where I purchased it did not do anything to make it right. The size of the fridge is great and I like the set up with the French doors, even though the doors will not adjust properly, they are uneven no matter how I adjust them. I wanted a white or black one but no one had one so I got the black stainless steel. If I had known the plastic film that comes on the stainless steel doors wouldn™™t come off all the way I don™™t think I would have purchased it, I would have waited for the store to get the white one in. There are little bits and pieces of the plastic film all around the edges and it looks terrible. Given all that, I still would have been happy with my purchase but the freezer door doesn™™t shut all the way, so it is wasting energy™¦. when it is supposed to be an energy star appliance. We started noticing damage to the left side of the fridge during set up. We notice some damage on the bottom left side of the fridge, the foot piece on the left side was missing, and one of the shelves on the left side in the fridge section did not fit all the way across. We didn™™t notice the issue with the freezer door until a few days after having it plugged in. Thant™™s when I noticed the freezer was frosting over. I started checking around the freezer and noticed the gap in between the rubber seal and the body of the fridge. You can also feel LOTS of cold air coming out on that side. The right side closes great. I called the Lowe™™s store where I purchased it on January 2nd to talk with them about it and see what could be done. I spoke with a manager who said he would do whatever he could to make it right. He said he would look into what he could do and kept saying he would make it right no matter what and then he said he would call me back by close of business the next day. He never called back. I called the store again on January 6th, January 9th, and January 16th. Each time I left my name and number and was told a manager would call me back. No one has called me back yet. This is terrible customer service. Now it has been over 30 days since I purchased the fridge and someone at the Lowe™™s store basically told me they can™™t help me because it has been too long since my purchase. I called Frigidaire on January 11th to go through the warranty process to see if someone could fix it (if it even can be fixed) or replace it. I was told someone would call me back in 3 or 4 days. No one has called me back from there yet. I have read several other reviews on this exact fridge where other people have issues with the freezer door not closing all the way on the left side and the freezer constantly frosting over just like mine it so this must be a common issue. I like everything else about the fridge but the fact that no one will call me back or is willing to fix the freezer or replace it has made the whole purchasing experience unpleasant.
