I called the dealer, Stine's of Broussard, shortly after delivery and told them that the doors were not level. I was told that nothing would be done at this time unless something else was wrong with the refrigerator. I also had to change the "recommended" temperature to one setting warmer to keep items from freezing and keeping the inside temperature at the recommended temperature of 40 degrees.

Less than a year old and quit cooling. The bottom fan started making a horrible sound and then displayed the "high temp" error code. Been calling cusomer service for a WEEK. Each time I call, they say I will get a replacement or schedule a tech to come fix it... but nothing yet. My family has been eating out every meal for 7 days. Do you know how expensive that is?? How long am I supposed to wait?! Also, surface scratches very easily on black model. Looks like crap after putting fridge magnets on it and still has plastic on from installation because it's impossible to get off. One of the plastic drawers cracked already.

I love my refrigerator, had an issue with it when it was a few weeks old and the store I purchased it from tried a solution then said it needed to be replaced! The manufacturer had a new one delivered and the defective one picked up quickly! They even made sure the replacement had good ice and water before leaving!

This refrigerator have need two repairs since having it my new purchased Clayton Home. The first repair it was not freezing food and water pools all over my floor. Now on the side where water, milk, cheese, eggs , etc are all freezing food. The company that Frigidair is contracting again to do the repair say the earliest they can get out to look at repair is 7 Sep which is a week away. Unsat service Wouldn't advise getting this refrigerator.

I'm so happy I went with this brand. I couldn't find a refrigerator to fit in the space we have (small space) in the kitchen. I search and search and finally at HomeDepot, the employee that assisted me was very knowledgeable of what I needed. I'm so thankful for him, as I can't remember his name. Ok...this refrigerator is so beautiful and sleek. I love the way I can open it an see everything on the shelves. It has great lighting as well when opened at night. I'm so happy I went with this brand!

Works great so far. This is the second Frigidaire refrigerator I had the other one lasted 12 years. The other one had a meat drawer near the top of the refrigerator that this one doesn't have, that is my only issue.

this fridge is wonderful....the only issue i have with it so far is when my wife was transfering the food from the old fridge to the new one, she grabbed the door bin to close the fridge door and it came out and dropped to the floor and broke. so when i went online to find a replacement bin, i discovered that they are 80 dollars a piece which is insane for a plastic door bin. so my advise is be careful and dont break any of the door bins

I've lived in our home with our new fridge for three weeks, so far its worked amazing! Power went out for a few minutes and it beeped to inform me till I went over and hit a button. It's easy to clean, perfect size, and all around seems to be a sturdy fridge.

We had some bumps and bruises in the beginning, but it was SO worth the extra efforts. Great refrigerator and I would so purchase it again if needed. Delivery people damaged the doors and the entire unit had to be replaced with an undamaged one.

The refrigerator is nice looking in my kitchen. I like the sleek front, the easy-to-read temperature settings for the fridge and freezer, and filter reminder for the water and air on the inside of the freezer door. This makes it very convenient. There is plenty of room for gallon jugs of milk etc. in the door of the fridge. It isn't as large as my old one, however, it is perfect for my husband and me. I would recommend it to anyone who is now an empty nester.

I moved into my house last September and was the first to use this fridge (purchased by the previous owners but tags still on). Last month (10 months into use) it started making a groaning noise that has gotten progressively worse. The only way to stop it from groaning is to hit it in back. I paid a repairman to come look at it and he said the compressor is fine, but couldn™€™t fix the noise. However, since i don™€™t have the original receipt there™€™s nothing i can do. Will not buy another Frigidaire.

I had the older model of this fridge/freezer combo (2017 mfg date), and the freezer stopped working, so I purchased this one. However, I noticed in the first day or so the new freezer wasn't making much ice, and the water was warm. Frigidaire offered to fully replace it, so now I'm on my 3rd Frigidaire. This new one is a bit noisy, and the water isn't very cold when it comes out of the door, but it works. I'm worried this fridge will not last, and if I could go back in time I'd heavily consider spending more money on a nicer one. Sadly I was fairly constrained to a 33" by by cabinets and countertop. Overall, this fridge looks great, and I'm happy with Frigidaire's willingness to replace my second one, but now that I'm passed the 48 hour window I think that was my only 'get out of jail' free card. Many emploees at large name brand stores even warned me about Frigidaire and the complaints they have received recently. I'm hopeful this fridge will last me many years to come, and will give Frigidaire the benefit of the doubt that if anything happens they will make things right. So far, so good...

We bought this fridge in July 2021 because our ice maker on our old fridge did not work and we were tired of using ice trays. After about 2 months, it started making a very loud noise like metal grinding on metal. Over the next 3-18 months and many service calls, they replaced the ice maker twice, the compressor, the door (the ice dispenser are was allowing air in the freezer which caused ice build up), the motor, and the last repair in July 2023 was the defroster. The defroster worked for about 2 weeks and I called again. But guess what! I was told the warranty had expired and there was nothing they could do! It NEVER worked property and we are still using ice trays to make our ice. I have requested information on all service calls on this unit under the same claim number with no response.

So I purchased this refrigerator from Brandsmart and installed it in April. The refrigerator needed coolant because it was empty, I didn™€™t purchase warranty from Brandsmart as the appliances was being imported, In light of no warranty Brandsmart told me I would have to return the refrigerator, this made no sense as I live in the Turks and Caicos Islands . I ended paying a refrigeration tech $270 to put in coolant, the coolant is not one that is easy to find so I had to purchase for $60. After the refrigerator started cooling it started sweating between the doors so much that it leaks on the kitchen floor. I don™€™t know what to do as the troubleshooting indicated that sweating is normal when humidity is high. I had sent an email to Frigidaire but never received a response. Please tell me how to stop the refrigerator from sweating and leaking on my floor.

Faulty design- ice maker

Trouble with the icemaker since early on. It has a design flaw causing icemaker feed water to drip on the fan in back of the unit, the fan will then ice up, then a high temp alarm comes on, then no ice, etc...There is no permanent fix for this since it is a design flaw. The only repair which can be made is to thaw the iced up fan and start over, with the same problem recurring in a couple of months. We have contacted the unhelpful customer "service" phone number already. We deserve to have a replacement unit, different model without these problems.

It is a fridge and works like it should, we just do not care for the side by side style. The shelving is narrow and hard to find things that get shoved to the back. Will be upgrading to a bottom freezer story very soon.

I purchased a kenmore on the bottom freezer about five years ago. I had to replace the fan twice and never got it to work again.So I just purchased this fridge. So far so good. Only one small issue the guys who brought it didn™€™t line the doors up so it looks a little off. Thanks

Good for value, all the plastic wrapping and tape a little over the top. Super hard to get off protective plastic still stuck under handles. Ice maker is slow although cube size is great. Even slow when temperature turned down lower

I have only had the refrigerator for a month now so I cannot attest to its longevity, but so far so good. The evenness of the temperature is good and it gets COLD. My only gripe is that it could use some adjustability for the door shelves and the shelves inside.

the ice machine made ice very slow in total took about 2 weeks to finally fill up the ice binalso the cracks in a clear shelf for the milkbought the unit at Lowe's and they have a terrible way of trying to get it fixed they only wanted to replace the whole refrigeratorwe are elderly and disabled and did not want to go through switching a refrigerator again knowing that a ice machine and a shelf can easily be switched outnow we're going through the process with Frigidaire repair and hoping that everything gets replaced properly
