I have only been using our new oven for a few weeks now and so far it been good , looks great and very user friendly. We did get an error that explained to reset the power from the electrical panel. It did resolve the error but not sure what created it.

Never again will I buy a Frigidaire product. First, they did not honor their fit guarantee, even if you submit all the paperwork and quality, they deny you and tell you the decision is final but won't tell you why. Second if you have a defective unit they will lie and say you will get replacement parts and once you are outside the return window tell you that they didn't actually order your part but it's too late and you're stuck with it.

The oven is beautiful and is very easy to use. I have several family members who don't like to "learn new appliances". They had no problem operating this. Very intuitive and simple. I'm having fun using all the features. So far, I have used the air fry, steam bake and regular bake. Love it! My cupcakes were moist on the inside and delicious.

Problems with a new model?

At installation, one of 2 lights in the microwave was found to be inoperable. We elected to ignore this issue until the 2nd light burns out because the oven would have to be removed to replace the bulb and to verify that the bulb circuit is functional. Now the unit has started malfunctioning due to ™€œerror detected™€ with instructions to turn off the breakers for 30 sec- this results in brief periods of function, but the process continues to occur. I™€™ll be calling the service number again. Not pleased!

The light in the upper oven/microwave is REAL dim. Basically just enough light to see that there is "something" in there. It's missing a speed cook to utilize the convection and microwave in conjunction with each other. The assembly... OMG.. was the worst assembled product I have EVER seen. 37 loose screws, 14 stripped out 4 the wrong length, and 6 missing (found 3 in the bottom of the box and 1 INSIDE a panel) unless taking it apart and rebuilding it is part of the "normal" install process.. they NEED MASSIVE changes to quality control. That being said.. after tightening, and replacing the missing screws (nothing can be done about the stripped ones) it is performing as expected with no noises.

Well, just to be clear I haven't used each feature, but very excited that Frigidaire offers four options in the Wall Oven/Microwave/Convection/AirFryer.The microwave is easy to use, gives you great versatility with the timing feature. 5,10 15 seconds allow me to cook scrambled eggs just right with the adjustable power strength. The oven is a nice size and has a slide out rack to make it easier turning and checking food while cooking.Air Fryer is a wonderful idea. I wish it had come with the rack and basket, but I ordered it after the fact. It will be my next project to try French fries and I will update my review given the opportunity.

Our original microwave/wall oven combination was replaced with this unit. What a wonderful upgrade! The amount of cooking space in the oven (although narrow with the 27" constraints) has a considerably larger interior than the original one! The controls are very intuitive and easy to program. I was a bit uncertain how I would like the black interior but the great lighting solved that problem. I am happy that we chose this one!

I still have an unresolved defect. If the problem were resolved, I would give this appliance 5 out of 5 stars, but I can't give the a 5 star rating until Frigidaire figures out how to make the microwave run correctly. The microwave oven runs at 100% regardless of the settings. A technician has been here twice and is researching the problem, but as of today, the problem remains unresolved. The conventional/convection oven exceeds expectations. I have made extensive use of the air-fry and convection oven capabilities, and I love the way they work.

Finally, after about two years of Covid, supply chain and chip issues, we managed to replace our 1985 Tappan. Huge difference. Preheats quickly, holds the correct temperature and the panel is intuitive. We haven't tried all the cook options yet, but the air fry, bake and steam bake work perfectly! If it lasts as long as the other oven, this thing will be well worth the wait and money!

We really like the 3 shelves in the oven, and the "no preheat" really works pretty fast, saving time as my old oven took 15 minutes or more to reach temp. Besides all of the features, it is really pretty. We call her Black Beauty.
