I love this oven and it fit perfectly in the spot where the old 1982 oven/microwave was in the wall. I originally had problems with finding one 27" wide but Frigidaire came through. My only real complaint is the timer bell is EXTREMELY low in volume and we have it at the highest volume setting. You can barely hear it when standing right next to it and can't hear it at all if in the other room.

This unit was a replacement for a 20 year old Thermador unit that died. I wasn't sure if I would like the pull down door on the microwave, but I actually love it. It makes me less worried about dropping or spilling something when I pull it out of the microwave. I was hoping to use the top grill function in the microwave as a replacement for my toaster, but it doesn't really toast, it's just a top browner and it takes forever. Otherwise, I am really happy with the bake, convection and airfry functions. The on screen instructions are informative and very easy to follow. As others have said, I think it's a rip off that you have to purchase the $65 Air Fry rack as a separate accessory. It should be included. Honestly, you don't need the Frigidaire airfry rack. Any kind will work.

Overall, we are very pleased with the oven. It™€™s very easy to operate, has loads of functions/baking settings, and looks very nice. I gave it four stars due to the microwave plate breaking after it was installed for two days. I was simply pulling a bowl out of the microwave and the bowl grazed the lip on the plate and a huge shard of glass roughly 2 inches long broke off and cut my finger.

I've used oven for 3 months. The glass in the door of the top oven is foggy. The discoloration is between the inside and outer glass surfaced. I can't get to it. Then the bottom oven outer glass is loose. After waiting on hold 32 minutes, told these are cosmetic and not covered!! Seriously?

Customer Service said this isn't covered under the warranty since it is cosmetic damage... I replied that the damaged enamel will rust and was caused by the supplied equipment. They said "sorry, not covered."

Had this oven for two weeks and the enamel has already chipped from moving the glide rack (and I followed directions). The directions say to use graphite on it, but I assumed it wasn't required immediately or they would have done it at the factory. Also, the microwave is dark as a cave. The light is so dim I can't see the food most of the time. A candle would be brighter. Also, this unit is wider than previous units and just barely squeezed in between the neighboring cabinet doors. The installers said 4 out of 6 units they delivered in the past week didn't fit at all. Unfortunately, this is the only 27" black stainless unit available in the past two years. If you can find other options, I suggest you take them.

I love my new wall oven with one minor exception. The wheels on the microwave turntable are noisy. It is as if they need to be sprayed with WD-40. Otherwise, the rating would be 5 stars. My husband remarked, "The controls are very intuitive, and even he can operate the oven and microwave without a problem. Way to go Frigidaire; now correct those noisy wheels for future models.

As a haphazard cook, I™€™ve only scratched the surface of what this oven can do, but it™€™s performed reliably so far. The microwave can customize to a range of power options. Then I used the oven™€™s temperature probe option to make the perfect turkey burger. Operations are intuitive though I did use the manual to find the temperature probe in the oven™€™s roof. My biggest complaint so far is the microwave oven has a very dim (or obscured) light. I look forward to exploring the air fry feature next.

I love this oven and microwave. So many different options to cook, microwave and airfry. Anxious to explore all of the different ways and I keep reading the manual.My only suggesting to Frigidaire is to make a more friendly and easy to use manual and/or quick start guide, that encourages new owners on how to use the many features. For example, I received a "steam tray" and don't know how to use. It looks like the bottom pan of a broiler set (didn't receive the pan that normally goes on top). I was told there wasn't a missing top rack and instead this bottom pan is a "steam tray". I think I am NOT supposed to put on the floor of the oven filled with water (?)Anyways, LOVE and highly recommend this oven!

Great functionality - worth the wait

This was a replacement for our old wall oven/microwave combo which was from 1989 and didn't even have a turntable for the microwave. I liked that this model had a convection mode built into the microwave so that I could use it as an air fryer (the oven itself also has a dedicated air fry mode). The only frustrating thing was that it took 11 months to get it! Just when I was ready to give up, it arrived and got installed in my kitchen. Maybe it's because I was so used to my old oven, but my goodness I love using this thing. Is this what adulthood is? Lovingly gazing at your oven every time you're in the kitchen? Anyway. I've made a few things in the oven including pretzels and the bake seems really even. The microwave seems a tad weak but I'm sure I'll figure out the sweet spot soon. The convection mode on the microwave works great, I've heated up a few meals using that mode, as well as leftover fried pork and it crisped up nicely. So worth the wait! I did have to buy a trim thing for underneath the oven where there was a big gap, but it wasn't an expensive purchase and cheaper than remodeling my kitchen cabinets.

I look forward to using the air fryer feature since I love my current air fryer but cannot use it for more than 2 people because of size. I really don't like anything about this oven..I am a bakery and love to cook.... Your delay should be more than 1 Hour.. All of my oven delay start were up to or more than 8 hour.. when you have both ovens on and would like to shut one oven off the other one turns off also. If you shut down the ovens and then go to shut off the light in the oven, the ovens turn back on. What is the purpose of that. Ever time i use the timer and want to shut the timer down the oven turn back on. Also when you turn the timer off the oven comes on...

We were so happy to have our new Frigidaire oven/microwave installed on March 29 after waiting for it since August 30th, 2022. Unfortunately, only 10 days later, the oven control microprocessor died, and we have no oven nor microwave. Dealer is still waiting for the circuit boards to come in. We are so disappointed, especially since our daughter, son-in-law & baby granddaughter are coming to visit this week and we have no way to cook for the baby or anyone. Could you help us get this expedited please???

Love the microwave/oven/air fryer combo! So much in such a small space. The air fryer is such a bonus, no need to have a separate appliance taking up counter space.

This combo can dehydrate, slow cook, microwave, bake, air fry, sous vide....you name it and I think it will do it. 69 pages of instructions and I've only had it a week but so far it does everything I've tried. The controls are user friendly which is great.
