Brand new out of the box, looks beautiful in my kitchen, but it doesn't work. Getting error code 27. Frigidaire is sending someone to check it out. Hopefully it will be replaced. Too expensive for a repair. Will update review after visit/solution.

We've only had the 2 ovens installed for a month, but so far, everything works well. I love the slide out rack. We have yet to try the air fryer and other goodies, but looking forward to checking them out. One concern is the oven timer automatically shuts off the oven at the designated time. That is a problem when baking bread, etc. If I can't figure out a work around, I'll switch to another timer.

Within 1 month of receiving it, the control board died, leaving this as a $3,000 paperweight. Frigidaire customer service is a call center overseas that will not help resolve the issue. We have now been 3 weeks without any help. Multiple repair technicians have come but for various excuses cannot fix this. We're now 3 weeks of eating out and unable to cook food in our brand new kitchen.

I love my new oven and microwave, just two small but super annoying daily issues like thorns on a rose. It appears that the clock loses 60-90 seconds a day. No big deal for a day, but 5-10 minutes over the week. That's enough for my kids to miss their school bus if they're going by the kitchen clock! My second problem is there was not a ring under the microwave glass tray to keep it stable when food is rotating around. Sometimes everything is centered and balanced and sometimes we have to readjust mid-cooking to take out the wobble sounds. Irritating for sure. Baked items come out like a dream, the kids are enjoying their snacks from the convection, and it looks so sleek!

Disappointing quality and warranty service

We have owned this wall oven for about 8 months now and it has been nothing but problems. The same fuse keeps blowing (3X so far) and no one knows why! In the meantime, I have spent more time waiting for parts and repairs than having a working appliance - VERY frustrating! I have 3 kids and am not impressed with the quality or warranty service provided by Frigidaire.

Absolutely love my wall oven/microwave. Works great. Easy installation (my husbands an electrician) and I gave all the cabinet specs to Cedar Creations that built my cabinets. Fit perfect. The air fryer made perfect chicken wings so quickly. I was missing the little thing that turns the glass plate to the microwave but I still gave it an 5 star because customer service was awesome and sent me a replacement. It™€™s perfect. It™€™s also beautiful!

Since we received the Oven with a defective control panel and it has neve been turned on we really don't know how it works. There has been 2 service calls wasting 18 hours of waiting because the service company never showed. We are now waiting on the 3rd service call and hopeful it doesn't have to escalate beyond that. We have tried to return and or replace it but Home Depot and Frigidaire refuse either solution. It will be the last Frigidaire product we purchase.

Excellent choice so far! The oven is very efficient, and the microwave is very powerful. Smudge-proof stainless steel helps a lot. User pad is very intuitive, so you don't have to look at the user manual every five minutes to turn it on! I have not tried all the cooking methods yet, but the unit is solidly built and should last a long time. Happy with my purchase.

Solid Performance So Far

We have really enjoyed using our convection wall oven/microwave combo. We are still trying out all the settings but this is what we have seen thus far: Food is evenly cooked. Steam bake is great for bread, biscuits, etc.Convection works well in the microwave (which was very important to us as we will likely be using the microwave as a second "oven" at times. Seriously, do not put food in while the oven is in pre-heat mode. We learned our lesson... For recipes (like my mother's whipping cream pound cake) that call for starting in a "cold oven", it will work in the "no preheat mode". I love all the preset heat modes on the microwave. It takes the guesswork out of reheating, steaming veggies, cooking bacon etc. and cooks them all accurately. Can't wait to try the air fry option soon.

We just built our new home and we wanted all our kitchen appliances to match and be reliable. We've owned Frigidaire appliances in the past and have been very happy with them. My wife is only 5 foot tall and the height of the Microwave Oven makes it easy for her to operate...she'll never reach over an open flame like she did with our old over the stove microwave oven. The Oven itself allows her to make dinners and bake goods with more ease than past ovens. The combo unit is very energy efficient. The engineers at Frigidaire did a GREAT JOB designing and creating this cooking marvel!Frigidaire is the only brand we will ever buy! Thanks for making such GREAT APPLIANCES!

It's a beautiful looking appliance, powerful, and clean action buttons. I like how both mirco and oven can be controlled from one command area.I don't like the defrost features. They limit with "meat" or "pultry" and "1 pound" or "2 pound" settings. You can adjust the times up or down once you select from these but only 5 seconds at a time, it's a bit annoying. And what about fish, pork, or sausages, these defrost items are complete guesswork. Oven temperatures start at 350 and adjust 1 degree at a time.

Heating kitchen with "control cooling air"

We were excited to install oven combo unit until we turned on the ovens and found they have fans that come on immediately "to cool the controls". The fan pushed heat out above the lower oven was 117 deg. Until oven cooled down. The microwave convection oven on top blew out 156 degree air on the oven door grip when in use. Hard to believe an energy star appliance heats oven air as well as air that gets fan driven to heat a kitchen area. The house A/C does not compensate for the heat being pumped into the room.

I purchased an oven / microwave combo in Oct 2022 and the control board has apparantly gone bad. There is nothing illuminating on the control panel. I'm thinking a bad control board. Right now just waiting on a technician to contact me for the scheduled appointment. So far it has been 1 week with no oven or microwave. hoping someone from corporate will contact me for faster resolution. I am on the second technician because the first one said they do not work on wall ovens any more. Said it had been about 3 years. I will do it all again tomorrow. stay tuned.

I purchased this to replace a 18 year old appliance that had quite working. The oven works really well. I use it at least 5 to Six days a week, from air fry, baking, dehydrating it all works well. The microwave on the other had worked for about 10 days and now just doesn't cook anything. The microwave runs like it is working but the food never warms up. It did work well for the first 10 days. I'm waiting on service to show up but they are a couple of weeks out yet. Hopefully they will be able to get it repaired quickly. Quality control seems to be lacking at the moment.
