MANUFACTURER'S DEFECT 35,000 DAMAGE TO MY HOME

Purchased on July 4. Delivered July 6. Installed July 8, water lines hooked up. Woke up July 10 to find my entire first floor flooded with water. Ceiling collapsed along with ceiling fans. Just completed renovating June 2022, all new flooring, molding, everything! Called Frigidaire. Called my insurance company. They scheduled mold and water demo remediation crew. They came and need to demo my entire family room. Took down the ceiling, entire wall and cut another wall. Took up all my Luxury Vinyl tile and now have fans and dehumidifiers soaking up moisture. They found mold behind one of the wet walls. Also needed to remove a portion of my living room and kitchen wall along with molding, etc. Sent repairman the following week because they said they needed to order parts. Repair Company came with new water lines and showed me that the metal plate in front of the water lines had a sharp edge and had split the lines. The protective cushion was missing. In addition, the exposed edge of the bottom of refrigerator has a 1/8" offset exposing a very sharp metal plate. Called again about the plate. They sent repair again who said that they cannot fix that. This is what I am living with now for 3 weeks. My home smells from all the water damage, and the mold spray. All the exposed beams, etc. are causing dust and I have asthma. My dogs and family cannot go downstairs without getting headaches and coughing. Now I need to wait until the insurance company decides on the loss and how it will be fixed. It looks like it will be more than a couple of months of us living this way. We decided to move out of the house temporarily. Frigidaire says "it is not a lemon" and cannot give me a new refrigerator!!!!!!!!! Still fighting with them to do the right thing.
