We're really liking this washer. The price was great, compared with other brands. It has been doing a great job cleaning our clothes, the wash cycles are not too long and the touch control panel looks sharp. The option to use Pods is a nice touch and the other options, like spin speed and soil level are helpful. I would have liked a designated pre-soak cycle and a drain-and-spin cycle, though.That's the only down side so far.

We purchased this unit to replace a similar unit bought only 4 years ago so that we would have a matched set. The washer purchased 4 years ago was already on the 3rd new board needed. We did not want to keep replacing a faulty board design, or spend the estimated $600 on the repair, so we put that money toward a new unit. Sad. When the "new" washer arrived and was installed, it made such a loud rattling noise at the valve that I refused to accept it as new. A new, new washer was ordered. Again, that new washer made a rattling noise upon delivery. We kept running it, and eventually the rattling went away, but it is very disappointing to have repeated problems with new products. Time will tell if Electrolux corrected the faulty board issue. If same issue persists, I will not replace with same brand ever again. Enough tries at keeping similar products and wasting money.

My husband and I purchased both the Electrolux stacking washer and dryer, series 400. We™€™ve only had it a couple of weeks, but so far we™€™re happy with them. These replaced a GE stacking pair that we previously had. We™€™ve always heard that the Electrolux brand was very good and they were on sale at a great price. I™€™ve never had the steam feature on a washer or dryer before so I™€™m still learning. In fact, I™€™m learning how to use all the cycles. I™€™m slowly catching on. One suggestion I have is to make the chimes louder at the end of the cycle or give the option of changing the volume. Even though my laundry room is on the main floor, I have a hard time hearing them from the next room. Overall, we™€™re very happy with the pair and hope they last a long time.

Have really enjoyed using the washer and matching dryer. I'm stillworking with the timing since the washer takes about half the time to wash a load as the dryer takes to dry a load. Easy to use controls, easy to fill soap and fabric softener or bleach.

My old washer quit, so I went to Home Depot to shop for a new one. The salesman recommended the Electrolux as a good value for the money. Also, I live at the butt end of nowhere and needed a machine I could get help with if needed in the future. Not all brands have tech support here. I was surprised initially when I was shown this model. I thought Electrolux just made vacuums. I have had the new machine for about 3 weeks and I just LOVE IT, It is larger than my previous front loader which is very nice. It washes quickly and thoroughly and it looks very impressive sitting in my laundry room. It was also one of the lower priced washers, not cheap by any means, but affordable. I sincerely recommend it to anyone needing a new washer!

I had a catastrophic failure of my 8 year old GE front loader. This machine has been a wonderful replacement. It uses less water and has a dispenser that accepts detergent pods as well as separate areas for fabric softener and stain removers. I especially like the 18-minute quick wash feature! It is not too loud and does a great job getting my clothes clean. 10/10 would recommend.

We are in a new home and this is the first washer I have purchased that wasn't done in a hurry to replace a nonworking one. I had done my research, so I was disappointed that less than 2 months of ownership and use I required a service call because it wouldn't drain. This model does not have a drain screen that is user accessible. In fact it doesn't have one at all! Even the service tech was surprised at this new design. It appears that when the drain pump is plugged with some thing it will require a service visit. Not pleased with this. So now I have to be extra careful what I put in the washer - no really fuzzy items and double check all pockets.

We replaced a 16-year-old Electrolux front load washer with this one. It has a larger capacity drum so we wash in one load what used to take us two loads. We have used the normal cycle with the stain pretreat, it works well but takes 62 minutes which is a lot longer than the old washer. The quick wash works well but you have to limit the number of items you wash, since there is no way to set the water level. Overall we are very pleased with this new washing machine.

I have had the washer for about a month and love it. It gets my clothes extremely clean. It is a little loud on the final spin but the clothes come out almost completely dry so that does not bother me at all. I leave the door cracked and dispenser open when not in use to prevent mold. So far, I love the washer and am very happy with my purchase.

We haven't had our new washer and dryer that long, but, the washer has been great thus far. It's larger than our last one, so we get more laundry done at one time. I also love the pod dispenser because with our last washer, the pods damaged some of our blankets.

It was hard to say goodby to my last washer, but I didn™€™t know what I was missing. This washer is simple but has just enough features to feel high end. It™€™s very quiet without sacrificing power. It lets me customize my settings for different loads. My only complaint is that if I™€™m folding laundry while the washer is running, it™€™s very easy to bump the power button and cancel the cycle which is obnoxious because there™€™s no setting that remembers or picks up where it left off.

Stacking Washer

Happy to have replaced an existing stacking unit with this Eletrolux stacking washer. It has updated features that my old units did not. These units are are also an 1" shorter each. So the stacked setup just barely fit my existing condition. Whereas, other namebrands would have been too tall!
