I bought this a few weeks back and am very happy with my purchase. It has been easier to explain to my daughters how to treat their laundry and with 5+ dogs keeping up after them. This was definitly an upgrade to the Samsung I had before. The only complaint is the rubber around the door. Cleaning hair or other stuff off that has some challenge to it but working through that. The 15 minute wash is amazing when your kid forgets they need something for tomorrow and overall I am glad I spent the money. I also purchased the drawer to go under and recommend that for several reasons. The only thing that was frustrating with that is it will come open with the spin cycle but fixed that with a rubber door stopper.

The front loader washer is very roomy allowing me to wash my comforters. It™€™s effective and quiet. The only thing is the alert sound it makes when it™€™s finished with a load keeps beeping for a while. I wish there was a button to make it beep no more than two/three times at most.

We love our washer. Our only complaint is the rubber for the door seal, we have a gard time cleaning it, so it has become black, especially under it where the grooves are. It was easy to hook up and get working.

This is honestly the best washing machine i think we have ever purchased. Not only does it clean brilliantly, it is super quite, has so many functions and options - but is so simple to use. The pods drawer at the top means we have never had any issues, it spins so well - everything is almost dry - and that's only on the medium spin cycle. I literally cannot fault it. Right now we are only ever buying Electrolux machines in the future. So impressed. (The dryer is equally brilliant). Oh and lastly - this isn't a $4000 machine of anything - it was under a $100 even with a pedestal. If you need a washer - but this one.

My wife and and I just relocated to Albuquerque and neede a new washer and dryer for the home we bought. The salesman at the appliance store directed us immediately to the Electrolux and said he™€™d sold these models to friends and relatives and everyone was thrilled with them. We discussed the various pros and cons of other brands and styles, but ended upchoosing the first Electrolux models he showed us. They were installed a couple of days Lester, and since then we™€™ve been giving them a thorough workout, with highly satisfactory results. What we particularly appreciate is that though they have lots of up-to-the-minute tech functionality, they are nonetheless easy and intuitive to operate. Fantastic! Have had this washer for a little less than one month. It's the first front load machine I have owned. My 6 year old Magtag (which I hated) stopped working, so instead of having it fixed, we dumped it and bought this great machine. Washes and rinses all loads completely with ease. Our clothes and towels are so much softer and cleaner. Ratings for this machine and manufacturer are always high and we can see why - an outstanding machine constructed to work properly and hopefully, last for a long time. I should have switched years ago!

We purchased our first front load washing machine in 2009. It broke 3 years later and I swore that I would never own a front load machine again! Even though I would wipe down the machine after every use and leave the door open our clothes would stink. We purchased this machine just about a month ago. Somehow the salesman talked me into it. I really hope that the technology has changed. The only reason that I did not give this 5 stars is that small socks get caught in the rubber in the door. I have started using a lingerie bag for my sock to eliminate that problem.

Never thought I™€™d review a washer™€¦.but I have to say this is a great washer. I feel like my clothes get cleaner than in my Samsung washer. The extra rinse cycle is great. The one thing I don™€™t like is that water seems to remain in the bleach compartment after a cycle even if I haven™€™t used bleach. It seems that I have to pull the tray out to empty the water out. That doesn™€™t seem right to me.

Easy to use. Works well. Lots of available settings. Some settings seem to overlap and it is not always clear which one is best to use in certain situations. When the sound is on and the load is finished, the chime continues to ding every few minutes until the door is opened. I like to hear when it is finished but don't need to be reminded after the initial chime, especially when I am not nearby.

My husband and I are very sorry we purchased the Electrolux ™€œFront Load Perfect Steam Washer with Lux Care Plus™€. Both machines are extremely noisy. Our bookcase in the next room, gets shaken by the machine to the degree where our books fall off the shelf and our floors shake was well. We have had these machines for about two weeks. We can™€™t take the noise, Plus the door on the washing machine is difficult to close due to being hung incorrectly. We have noticed the dryer doesn™€™t always get things dry, not to mention the noise. There are a couple other issues, but for the price of the machines they should be perfect.
