Its lovely and shiny and new. Is it making ice but I figured thats probably on the plumbers part having him come back out. And as soon as the kids figure out that they dont have to slam the doors they close on their own itll be great. Grandkids think Im magic I can make the icebox light up So much space. And I love being able to get my creamer out of the door without having to open the whole door and letting the area. But as I read the instruction manual it says when you open the doors call burst air will come out of those vents it does not.

The body of this product looks nice but not a good

I brought this product in January of 2021 and with the extended warranty. It stopped cooling at the bottom about three weeks ago and now the top isnt cooling. I called and a repair person came out and diagnosed it and an environmental damage Sulphuric Damage which I have never heard of. I have contacted the extended warranty department on several occasions and still havent gotten any help. They are still telling me that type of damage is not covered under the extended warranty plan. My warranty is still good until 2026. I am still reaching out for help.

Truly a fantastic product. Its like having a separate drink fridge which saves on both the cost of energy and buying an entirely separate fridge which many friends have done. Same friends are super jealous of the attached drink fridge :. The ice maker works super well and I love that there is a water filter dont forget to change it. Also it fits sooooo much food. I love the look of this refrigerator and it seems to be keeping the set temperatures very well. The only two issues Ive experienced is that sometimes the ice maker doesnt stop making ice when switched to the off position and the refrigerator in general makes more noises than I would have expected.

High cu/ft counter depth - door racks block access

We have had this Refrigerator for about a month. It works well. Even though it is a counter depth the cubic foot capacity is a lot larger compared to our old one. The automatic ice maker provides plenty of ice. For some reason there is no storage drawer for specifically for luncheon meats and cheeses. Just Fruits and Veggies. We are simply using one of those to store LM/CH. The racks/shelves in the see through door are made in a way that makes removing products difficult at times. There should be a cut out in the front to allow easier access.

This refrigerator has been quite loud humming. The smartphone diagnoses said everything is normal but its really loud . Also the rubber vertical door strip has split vertically and that was to keep cool inside. Im only person using this appliance.

Have had 3 pairs on side by side LG REFRIGERATOR the last one happened this Nov 8 2022 refrigerator went out lost all food and the repair was not done for a month . A month with no refrigerator and am fighting to get my food reimbursement.

cheapest parts break nobody to service this unit

I like the refrigerator but we have had 2 separate breakdowns. both times it was low price components that could have easily been made stronger. Also LG provided the contact information for 6 different authorized repair centers none of which were willing to travel over to fix even though all were about 30 minutes away. I cant buy another LG product if nobody is willing to service it.

I would have rated higher but the LED lights in the freezer failed and LG required an expensive service call to replace a simple part. LED lights should not fail.ea

Decent refrigerator for the price

WE got this on a whim - it was on clearance due to two of the door handles and a shelf being damaged or missing. we replaced the door handles and shelf and I love this refrigerator. I wasnt too sure about the stainless look fingerprints or the see through door again fingerprints but its pretty nice. I like being able to open up a small door to grab my creamer milk butter or other items that I use on a regular basis. I also like the beep feature if the door is left open.

I bought this refrigerator about a year ago. The freezer drawer locked and is unopenable. Then the refrigeration broke down and I am unable to get it repaired until Friday December 16th after requesting service in November. I am NOT happy This is not what you wanted to hear so I guess I dont have any chance of winning your contest. I bought an LG gram computer about 3 years ago. I was very happy with it. Then a problem developed with the driver for Zoom and it was unusable for several months. Icomplained about that and the problem has been resolved with a driver update. The lightness for its size is great. I bought this refrigerator based on the good experience with the LG gram. I even bought another one. I recently ordered a LG 77 OLED TV. I hope the quality and service is better with them.

Weve had our new refrigerator about 2 weeks now. It is great. More room better storage and the instaview door is a plus....now we dont have to open the main door just to get coffee creamer or butter etc.

I bought this almost 10 yrs ago. It constantly needs filters changed. The ice maker is small and slow. It does have plenty of space for storage and works well. Just be prepared to change filters and store ice.

We just moved into our home in October. It had all LG Appliances. I love the refrigerator. It has a smoked glass to put your everyday items in. Also has a large spot to put your water or juices. The ice maker is very convenient and makes a lot of ice.

Great features but defects in door

We bought this refrigerator two years ago and didnt think I would need an extended warranty since things dont usually go wrong in the first couple of years. Our door in door suddenly shattered on the inside Between two perfectly fine unbroken panes of glass .

Really like the insta view door

I have now owned this frig for 2 weeks and like and use the insta view door more than I thought I would. The construction lighting layout and space are excellent. It seems to have a lot more room than my previous 12 year old frig which was only rated 2 cubic feet less. I really like the print resistant finish as the old frig was always a mess. The performance is right on the money temperature wise and the good Consumer Reports rating helped close my purchase decision

Great Layout

We went without a refrigerator for almost 3-months. We used a small college refrigerator after our unit broke I kept going to shop for a new one every time I had made a decision on what to buy the reviews online were terrible By the 7 different store I had visited I found much better reviews on the LG LFCS27596S. Even tho I decided to go with counter depth unit because I have a small kitchen the interior design is excellent gives you so much more available room than my previous standard unit. One review spoke about how loud this unit is must have been a fake review because this unit is so quiet you dont think its been turned on Love the door feature not having to open entire fridge to get to condiments soft drinks. Also in the past I have had ice water dispensers on outside- not now the ice is on bottom left we have had no issues with door dripping or ice getting stuck or frozen in dispenser. This is a much better system-probably because it just dispenses straight into a holding tray does not have to travel to door. The holding trays are overall so much nicer than my GE refrigerator. It took me a long time to decide on this unit but I have no regrets Great refrigerator also well priced

And still going strong. I appreciate the little sound when a door is left open the knock feature saves time and literal energy and plenty of space for all of the items we need on a daily basis as well as for when we host larger gatherings. We went with LG after learning the hard way about Samsungs terrible reputation and thank goodness because I will always only go with LG from now on

Its only been about 2 weeks and so far so good. I like the design inside and out. It has quite a good bit of room. The ice maker works fine. Its easy to use and I have heard good thing about LG products. I purchased a full Samsung suite 4 years ago and all 5 pieces have made it to the scrapyard. I have also purchased an LG washer and dryer based on reviews of folks I know. The only reason for 4 stars because it has only been two weeks. Time does tell with these things.
