I purchased this refrigerator approximately 2 years ago and as of today date I have had multiple issues with the refrigerator sending a code dHF to which the refrigerator would stop cooling. The defrost coil has been replaced and still this continues. Having paid 2800.00 for this item I expected it to preform well however it has not. I tried calling the recommended contractors by LG to which I got no response. I had to pay out of pocket to have to coil replaced but to no avail. Please if possible can this matter be address. Thanks

The refrigerator has aplenty of room and nice in color two ice makers that work well . This is a huge refrigerator for the money.It is beautiful very spacious and has so many places to put food. I love it. I have figured out overall operations so easily and happy about the easy clean up assortments inside temperature settings deep section cleaning water filter replacement options etc. It is very good and appropriately made to meet my household requirements all in one. The refrigerator was dented but they said if I would accept it Id get a $150 gift card. As if today Ive never received anything. When I called they just gave me the run around. Also less than two years the refrigerator tore up. Had to put a new motor in it. Never could get the company to fix it. I had to contact sears repair center and it cost me $300 No I will never purchase anything from this brand again.

I called and an appointment was scheduled with Sears Home Services which turned into a horrible experience with the tech follow up and service. Loved it till it broke down

We bought this in 2021 and had no problems till recently. We had to have the compressor and blower replaced. Till then we loved it. Luckily it was all under warranty and lg took care of everything. The repair man was pleasant and it was all taken care of in about an hour and a half. Everything working great now.

We took delivery of this refrigerator in January 2022. To date we have had no mechanical or electrical problems or disappointments. It is very quiet and holds a consistent temperature in both fridge and freezer. The shelves are sturdy and easy to move. This is my first refrigerator with an ice maker. Everyone warned me that all ice makers break. So far so good with that The black stainless steel finish peeled away in one small area but I was pleasantly surprised to learn that there is a lifetime warranty on that and the door was replaced within 2 weeks. I think it may have been caused when the door handle was put back on at the time of delivery. It left the slightest scuff in the finish and that is where it started peeling. No other areas are showing signs of peeling to date. The black stainless steal finish is beautiful. My kitchen gets A LOT of sunlight and I am happy to report that fingerprints and other smudges disappear with a gentle wipe with a soft cloth.

Its a beautiful refrigerator with lots of room however I continue to get an error message that no one seems to be able to help me with. I have been getting this message almost daily since the refrigerator was installed. IF E will not stop re-appearing. I have changed the filter I have defrosted the frig. I have unplugged it and restarted. I have consulted the manual and called the manufacturer. Still happening. While this message is on there is no ice or water frustrating.

Ive had the refrigerator for over a year and absolutely love everything about it. The frustration Im referring to have to do with an error code. There was a ruptured pipe in my ceiling and it damage the control panel on the refrigerator. I am working with both LG and an LG authorized service center and they are not able to determine what the error code that is showing means. This is leaving me frustrated because I want to get the unit repaired but no one knows what the problem is and why its making ice in the freezer but will not dispense ice and or water from the door.

I bought this refrigerator about 2 months ago I was going in to buy the instaview French door but it was a bit too expensive and I settled on this one glad I did It is spacious I had a side by side before this one and I love all the space it has. Only one thing that I have an issue with is the left side door is a little noisy when you shut it other than that I love it Havent had time to figure out how to work the Wi-Fi on it but I will eventually. This frig was a great buy and I got a great deal on it no regrets here Love it.

I purchased my refrigerator 9-1-2020 since then Ive replaced The compressor twice and as I am authoring this review the motherboard has to be replaced. I advise all my family and friends to NEVER purchase an LG REFRIGERATOR.

Really love all the room on the inside. We are family that likes to eat and we like a lot of food and refrigerator its really good the I love the bottom drawers and the pulls out only thing I didnt like about it was it didnt have the ice and water combo in the door just add water but I love the way you can go to the store and use Wi-Fi and see what in your refrigerator and whats not

Review of my LG Refrigerator

I love my refrigerator very much however recently it has been developing a layer of ice on the bottom of the freezer. I have to chip away what I can every couple of weeks. I dont know who to contact to fix. The water line to evaporation pan must have a block? Can someone from LG help me?

Excellent clear ice through the door and in the freezer bin. The refrigerator is very quiet. The only complaint I have is that the shelves are not designed for wine bottles

LG French Door

This is the worst purchase Ive ever made. The refrigerator lasted four years and the compressor stopped working I had to lose all the food and meat stored in it. I had the extended warranty so LG sent one of their specialist and replaced the compressor a month later I lost the cooling again and lost all the food stored in it for the second time so I called LG and they said they will send someone to take a look at it a week after reporting the problem.

This is the best Refrigerator/Freezer Ive ever owned. Plenty of room in all compartments. The two ice makers are great and I especially enjoy the freezer compartment ice-maker and its large holding bin.

I absolutely LOVE the set up of this fridge There is room for everything in this fridge The 2 ice makers are the absolute best too. I have not run out of ice yet in the door or in the freezer compartment. The freezer is huge I have never had a fridge that was big enough to fit everything I needed into it. This 0ne is perfect

Horrible experience 1st LG appliance I have owned and Refrigerator had error on display and had to be repaired Took three visits 10 days of frustration dealing with employees that have no feelings hard to comprehend situation of losing food. Positive note LG is going to reimburse 200 for food loss.

Bought this fridge at the end of January 2023. Sometime in April of 2023 it just died. Shut down even though the wall outlet had power. Weeks later after the very very nice tech determined that I needed a new compressor and a new electronic board all of which he installed the fridge is up and running. NOT HAPPY AT ALL

I bought my Refrigerator two years ago. Overall I am very pleased. The freezer quit freezing a couple of months agIo but still kept things cold. Thank goodness it had a 5 year manufacturer warranty and cost nothing to repair. My only complaint is the first contractor they called out didnt know what he was doing. He claimed it was fixed and I believed him. I bought groceries only to wake up the next morning with a room temperature fridge and a loss of hundred dollars worth of food. I requested a different service company and it was fixed no problem.

We purchased the LG 26 CU. FT. SMART WI-FI ENABLED French door refrigerator in June 2022 . Love the finish on the doors Fingerprints are almost non existent. Lots of room and space for large platters and bowls.
