We bought this refrigerator in November 2024. We love it. VERY spacious with great lighting almost calming inside. Only a couple of negatives and they are minor 1st world problems. 1 I had a little trouble adjusting the level of the top shelves. 2 My wife thinks the water/ice dispenser could be a bit better. I dont use it as much as her and I think she just has to get used to it My only regret is to not have had this fridge about 10 years ago for my kids athletic events. This thing makes a ridiculous amount of ice in my opinion I actually counted them----300 cubes...and they arent small. I would recommend this fridge to anyone but at 26 cubic feet it wont fit in everyones kitchen...

Weve had our French door refrigerator for about 18 months now and are mostly very happy with it. Lots of storage space great in-door ice unit and a very nice stainless finish Our one and only complaint is that there is no way to turn off or at least temporarily disable the open door chime. When cleaning or filling the fridge it goes off every few seconds. Please LG please add this feature ASAP

It just sits there... No noise no ice maker drama and looking pretty. Plenty of convenient space on the doors and shelves. Ice is dispensed super cold so less is needed. If more is required then there is an extra Ice maker in the freezer for special occasions. No annoying lights or displays on the doors but has a conveniently located and intuitive control panel inside for settings.

We had bought to LG refrigerators. Expensive and beautiful but both crapped out in less than 6 years. The 1st ones circuit board burned out. It was deemed irreparable. LG would do nothing. We bought a 2nd one and the compressor fried in the 5th year. LG would only send a compressor to an authorized repair man but wed have to pay over $500 and they wouldnt guarantee it. Two beautiful refrigerators that didnt even last 12 years together. Thats pathetic. Working with their people was horrible trying to resolve it. And most repairment will not touch LG products. Beware of LG

Have issue with the water dispenser changed multiple filters and it does tastes bad again. Tech came out and told me i have to change my water lines. I asked what does that have to do with the fact that the filter does not purify and he had no answers.

I bought this refrigerator with the hopes of no problems. Refrigerator came with doors not properly leveled. Had to have repair done from first day Repair man scheduled appointment one week out. He spent 2 hours leveling and making doors level and somewhat level.

Call once a week and get the run around after telling the same issue with 3 different people Im told that a work order will be made and still after 3 months has not been fixed. Have had this model for just under a year. So far it works well does everything it is supposed to do. One negative the inside of the left hand door is not as deep as the picture shows. Little jars or flat jars or containers are all that will fit thats ok. My biggest complaint is the door alarm. Never had a fridge that you could not regulate this feature. It has one setting LOUD. Big mistake on LGs part. If left open for more than a minute it starts in dinging and will not stop until door is closed. Every other feature works as it should so far.

I have had the refrigerator for only 13 months and only moved in to the house full time for the last 7 months I month out of warranty the fan goes and has to be replaced for 455 dollars rather expensive for a repair that took 10 minutes to fix.. Both the freezer and ice maker fan had to be replaced its one unit.

Ive had my new fridge a little over 3 weeks. Initially I was not happy ordering a counter depth but that was what would fit through the door. There are several things that I like more about this fridge than my last one. It has really big vegetable bins I use a lot of fresh produce so this is great I also like the square ice cubes it makes and the ice bin. Deep sides and all the ice stays in it. The exterior fingerprint resistant stainless is very nice and truly IS fingerprint resistant. It hardly gets anything on it.

Several repair businesses we contacted said its too expensive and too involved to repair better off to spend our money on a different brand. This refrigerator had to be replaced because it never cooled or made ice. It took from 15 July till 4 September till a replacement refrigerator was authorized by LG. On 6 September replacement refrigerator was delivered and this one is working fine.

This refrigerator has not lived up to its reputation. It is less than a year old the repairman has been out four times replace 2 different parts and nothing has changed. The ice maker in the door does not work.
