Ive had the refrigerator for a little over two years. I would rate this four out of five stars. Only a couple of minor nagging design issues. For me I would love it if I could reach in and quickly grab it an item from a crisper drawer without having to open both French doors. Also the craft icemaker has been replaced twice now. We are covered under warranty which is awesome. It frequently stops working no understanding of what the issue is. Just a new unit installed each time. I mention it because it was definitely one of the deciding factors in choosing this unit over another and it was a pricey feature.

We purchased this refrigerator a month ago and we are very pleased with it. It has so much space We do use the door in door feature frequently. And we love the 4th drawer that can be refrigerated or frozen. The 3 sizes of ice are very convenient We like the 2 large drawers for fruits vegetables as they are very roomy. We do wish there was a third drawer in it though as we also would prefer another drawer for meats or cheeses .

The LG beauty illuminates our kitchen

When my old fridge died I was apprehensive about which make to go with the size. With the help of the sales lady her measuring tape we narrowed it down to three then two before making our choice on the beauty of the LG. Our scepticism was based on whether the width would fit through our front door. When the delivery men came we watched them remove the fridge doors wheeled the beauty in reinstalled the doors in no time. We love our LG fridge especially the craft ice we now get every day.

FREEZER SECTION does NOT work after 90 days

I bought this refrigerator two months ago. I love it Its so roomy. I use to struggle to fit all of my produce in the bins without squishing them but the bins are huge and I have room to spare. The window in front is handy for items I use frequently without having to open the doors every time. The middle drawer is great for cheeses and deli items and so convenient again without having to open all the doors of the fridge to access them. The craft ice is a bonus and fun to use in drinks.

We bought this refrigerator and have loved all the features especially the craft ice and the cubed/crushed ice. One day it started making a noise in the craft ice maker so I called and they walked me through down loading an app. it worked good for a few weeks and then started again. When I called again they sent a new ice maker with a web site on installation. It was very easy to do and now works like a charm.

Not happy right now

Owned frig 3 months and ice accumulated on the freezer fan motor. Had to borrow coolers get dry ice to save the food that didnt spoil. Lived out of the coolers while I had to shut frig down for 48 hrs along with 48 hrs for frig to get back to temperature. Service sent me links to you-tube videos to fix problem. Took 3 tries to finally reach a call center person 4 days to get a call from service to schedule a visit to find out why this happened. Service scheduled 3 weeks from call center contact. Not overly happy right now.

first stop yes am so happy with my LG FRIDGE the delivery is on time and the guys put it together. this guys knows what they hired to the job. my s door was a bit tight and able to fit t through the door and placed where it supposed to be. two very nice gentleman. now about my lg im the beginning the ice pretty slow and i said oh know after a while its starts working so as try bottom ice maker. i have plenty of room im very impressed the look and the capacity of the my Lg. anyways tye warranty is good too i bought it at costco. thank you lg for presenting with your product

After 6months we are very pleased with our fridge. It is good looking easy to use controls and has options that work nicely for us. The center draw conveniently stores lunch meats an treats while the see-through door is great. We love it

Need a resolution

I like the refrigerator but Im having a problem with the Component that connects the Wi-Fi and the service tech came and because it was connected at that time he couldnt diagnostics the issue. Of course after he left it stopped working again and I have called LG for the second time. The first time they give me an appointment and it was a no call no show and of course when I called them back and they had no answer as why the tech never showed. Then get a call from a company who handles the appointments for repairs and was told he was never scheduled. So they scheduled him. Now today I called LG again about the same issue that is still not resolved and was transferred to three different people and was told by Jessie that I need to call Home Depot then was told that she sent all of the information to the escalation department and someone would call me right back and no one called. I truly believe she only told me that to get me off the phone. I will be calling LG back and also contacting the BBB if this is not resolved.

Every time I open the doors the feeling is like we are in a commercial Its so big enough for everything and when you knock the door and see whats inside is great . The fridge works marvelous. You barely can hear when is working. We are so happy with our purchase

Good product bad installation

Brought it for a month. Running pretty good but the installation was bad. Missing parts and found 2 screws in the fridge drawer. Dont know where they came from.

Like the craft ice maker

The craft ice maker was a nice addition however wasnt really worth loosing the snack bins and going from 3 fresh drawers to 2. Really like the extra drawer and the door in the door.

Overall the refrigerator is ok. I just wish there was a way to change the ice size in the lower ice maker to something less than golf ball size. It literally takes 12 hours to make 3 balls.if I had known that fact I would have purchased a different one. I am thinking also the sales people dont know their product either so they can tell customers what craft ice is golf ball sized chunks.

Compressor Issues

Purchased this refrigerator under 3 years ago and the compressor is already going out. My cousin purchased one as well right around the same time and his compressor has gone out. Just be mindful make sure you have a warranty. Otherwise consider a different brand.

Very versatile refrigerator. I love the drawer that can be either a freezer or refrigerator compartment. The door in door feature is also outstanding I can grab milk or juice without loosing the cold on the inside of the refrigerator. The vegetable and fruit storage work fantastic I hope to have and use this refrigerator for a long time

Its Great except for the Air Filter Replacement

I purchased my Knock-Knock LG Refrigerator about one year ago. I love the features that it offers. Being able to see inside the door helps me to locate my current cold drink without having to open the door. This saves a lot of energy by knowing what is inside without opening the door and a lot of time by confirming whether or not to look in a different location. My one challenge it that for a person that is 56 tall it is VERY DIFFICULT to change the Air Filter as it is located all the way on the back Wall above the Top Shelf. For this reason I gave Knock-Knock only 4 Stars.

Freezer is not freezing and Ice is not made

We bought the refrigeration in August 2022. In July 2023 we noticed freezer is not freezing stuff in freezer and ice is not made. We have reported the issue to LG three weeks ago. LG technicians were sent at least three times and parts were changed but it did not improve the refrigerator performance. Finally it was declared by LG technician that they will refund our money. However it has been more than two weeks we have not heard anything from LG. Every time I call I have been told that someone will contact us within 24 to 48 hours. We are yet to hear from LG. Definitely Lifes not Good.

I love the choice of freezer draw or fresh produce. The door within the door helps keep down energy costs too and Id a great feature. For my husband its the craft Icemaker thats the best part. Very happy with our choice

Like all the features. Easy see through door is convenient. Craft ice is nice but is slow to make. Only 3 cubes in 24 hrs. Not sure if it can be set to make more cubes. Not enough shelf adjustments. Had to remove one shelf to make room for taller items.

Fridge is expensive but has a lot of great features. The craft ice is ok but only produces 3 or 6 balls of ice each day you select which you prefer. They warn you in the manual that if you choose 6 they may be more cloudy then if you choose 3 but we havent noticed a difference by choosing 6. There is also ice in the door but for a family of 6 and sports in the summer it doesnt quite keep up so you will need to use the craft ice as well. We love everything else about the fridge so far and appreciate all the features. We especially love how much space is in the fridge. Our old one seemed to have a quarter of the fridge space taken up by the icemaker but this one does not have that problem.
