Sleek styling and Easy to Clean

I dbought my new range about a month ago and am so glad I did It has great sleek lines and is easy to use and easy to clean So much easier than my old one. Ive baked in it a couple of times already with great results. And I love the grill surface on the cooktop for pancakes and toasted cheese sandwiches. Im so pleased with all the other LG products I own too - refrigerator and washerl/dryer.

Stove works well after repair. One burner did not light. Tubing to burner was twisted off to the point it sealed the gas out. Overall quality was average thinner material and self tapping screws. Used for a couple of weeks without issues.

Buy Beware Do Not Buy LG

Bought my new LG range and within first year the stove began to leak gas. I submitted a repair request as it was under warranty. I got a text message back saying they thought that I could fix it myself...seriously? So then I called LG and they said they would expedite a tech due to gas leak. NEVER HAPPENED Fast forward a couple of MONTHS of dealing with this and they then said that I will be responsible for the repair as it is no longer under warranty. What?? So I have a nearly $3K stove that I still cant use 6 months later. LG does not honor their warranty so buyer beware

Missing upper oven self clean

My oven is missing self clean option for the upper oven. When I select the upper oven self clean it coverts to lower oven self clean. The easy clean option is working for the upper oven.

As a single woman I had bought myself a new LG electric range that I was crazy for to update the kitchen in my condo in 2021. That was also the year that I met my husband won his heart over by sending him home with meals I lovingly prepared on it during our courtship he doesnt cook and we married 5 months later. I moved to his home where appliances were serviceable original but we decided to be practical replace them as they stopped working. For almost two years I struggled with the existing relic dreamed of the LG Studio dual-fuel slide-in range kept a pic handy for my husband to see for when the time was right. Luckily cooking anything in the oven became impossible to gauge and we finally took the step to purchase. It is everything I wanted and more It cooks bakes roasts air-fries to perfection is beautifully appointed with an exterior style I wanted easy to clean smartly designed and has the blue interior oven my fave

Door handle broke - no available parts

I bought this range in July 2022 and just over a year later the oven door handle come out of its housing and I am unable to use. Contacted LG to start repair process - for which they provided a list of local services one was 3 hrs away all of which we were not able to engage. We then resorted to using our own home service plan - whom we were able to schedule an appt. within a week. Unfortunately there are no parts available and no clear timeframe as to when parts will be available. Bottom line - the oven door handle should have been operational for many years yet here I sit with it inoperable after owning only 15 mos.

Awesome range

I cant think of anything bad to say about this range. The burners are powerful the oven heats quickly and bakes evenly the gliding rack is smooth and convenient. The top is a little tricky to keep clean but I think thats just the nature of a gas cooktop. The blue oven interior is beautiful. The knock feature to turn on the oven light and see inside is actually very useful thought it would be gimmicky. I guess the only thing I would want is a second gliding rack and the ability to start the oven remotely without having to leave the dial in the remote start position.

Dual fuel feature is great. I like an electric oven for baking etc but I dont like to use an electric stovetop. This range gives me the gas cooktop and the electric oven in one. It offers many features including convection air fry and air sous-vide modes. It is also wi-fi capable so you can manage settings in the app. The look of the range is very clean and sleek.

Poor warranty response.

We purchased an appliance package in December 22 We were told by the salesman that it was a good product line. First our refrigerator was defective Pacific Sales replaced it for us and sent it back to LG as defective. Next the broiler on our range would not work. We called LG repair service to get it repaired under warranty. After much delay we received a email saying they would call us when they could come out and repair. Almost 2 weeks later no call and the emails I have sent them are not answered. In my opinion I would select a different brand appliance if you expect warranty work to be honored.

I had a two year old Zline dual range and really was frustrated with how it baked so uneven took forever to heat up. I broke down and purchased a new range and so happy I did It heats up so quickly like 5 min. Bakes evenly is very quiet The top cleans so easily Love the griddle and there is plenty of room on top and Im the oven. So far the air fryer works great for shrimp and French fries. After a negative experience with Zline and was afraid the same thing might happen. Very very please with this range
