Love my refrigerator so far. However I wanted an ice maker i so did order it. Then got told by Lowes that its recalled and I cant get one right now. So please fix the issues make sure it will work properly so we can get one for it. Thx. Much LG Im so hoping it will be soon. But so far love my new refrigerator Id highly recommend it.

I bought the refrigerator in August 2022 and it broke down in June 2023. For the last month I have tried to get LG to repair it because its under warranty and it has been one struggle after another.
Worst company to purchase from. If you want to purchase any product from LG do your research because customer service is crap.
I can see why the company got sued when it come to refrigerators.

We bought this to have as an extra refrigerator. We did not have an ice maker installed to free up freezer space. Our items are kept cold and well frozen. It has plenty of room as a backup due to having 7 people in the home.

Purchased this top freezer model after returning another brand that was way too noisy for our kitchen/family room plan. Definitely worth the hassle of the return this unit is as quiet a unit as I have ever heard. Seems to work extremely well too at keeping foods at a great consistent temperature.

After receiving our first LTCS20020B refrigerator it met all of our food storage needs until the fan and compressor malfunctioned. I was told because we filled the freezer a bit to full it overworked the compressor which ultimately forced us to file a claim for a new one. I still gave LG LTCS20020B a five star because the refrigerator itself is very roomy and is not overly complicated nor poor quality like other brands. The claim department was extremely friendly and the process was simple. We received our replacement of the same model within two weeks. Giving LG another whirl

I bought my LG Top Freezer Refrigerator November 2022. From the beginning it made popping and loud noises. Three months later it shut down. COMPRESSOR was replaced.
I Received $250 food compensation to replace ALL my food loss.
Three months later LG shut down AGAIN. OPERATING SYSTEM was replaced. I was promised $200 food compensation and was NEVER compensated. The compensation does not even cover the stress and sleepless nights. TODAY I am hoping for the best.

OUR OLD REFRIDGERATOR WAS ON LAST LEGS GLAD WE FOUND THIS ONE. OVERALL A LITTLE LARGER DIMENSIONS BUT INSIDE A WHOLE LOT MORE SPACE. 20CUBIC FEET NOW OLD 18CUBIC FT SEEMS ALOT LARGER. FREEZER ALONE IS 2 CUBIC FEET LARGER AND WHO KNEW HOW MUSH MORE 2 CUBIC FEET WAS UNTIL YOU LOADED IT. REFRIDGERATOR SEEMS LARGER AS WELL AND HOLDS

Brand new nothing special

This was about the only black refrigerator I could find that fit the space in my kitchen. Pros: It keeps the food cold freezer keeps things frozen its quiet. Cons: Only light is in the front of the shelf so hard to see in back. One temperature control for both refrigerator and freezer. Sides and front are different finishes and the smooth front shows all fingerprints. Gasket around the doors is not black - its grey but I think its supposed to be silver to match the LG logo. Biggest issue: paint on condenser starting off-gassing after a week and my calls to LG customer service were the worst No one could just tell me that it wasnt refrigerant or another problem and it took 6+ days to have a technician let me know the problem was minor and would self-resolve. Technician told me it was a miracle he was actually provided the correct address as communication is so poor from LG. I have an LG washing machine television and now this refrigerator and based on interactions with customer service and presidential liaison its the last of my money that LG will get.

I bought this refrigerator in an emergency after my 28 year old refrigerator stopped cooling. I didnt shop much just needed what was available. I like the sleek appearance with no handles. It is attractive and brightly lit inside the refrigerator. The freezer does not have a light which I didnt notice in the store. Also watch your toes the door is low to the ground. I am satisfied as this appliance is running great after a year. I was also grateful to have a refrigerator quickly. This is my first LG product.

We had our new LG refrigerator put in on the 18th of April 2023 and by 28th of April 2023 it had quit working. Jeannes Appliance came out and said it is the mother board was no longer working. It is May 22 2023 and our refrigerator is still not working.

This was not an expensive refrigerator but I expected it to work. It keeps blowing the circuits and when I call I get the run around between Standard TV and Appliances and LG. I am very frustrated with their willingness to take care of the situation. My customers have issues and I take care of them. Nuff said.

6 months after purchase both shelves cracked and collapsed. I have been in contact numerous times with customer service to no avail. They say they will take care of problem immediately but nothing is done. It has been a month now that I have a useless refrigerator. Have to keep food in cooler in basement. Im sure this will not be used. I purchased refrigerator and the delivery crew claimed that they could not bring inside although dimensions were identical to current refrigerator. They took it back 1/3/23 to return to vendor. They claim its been returned LG claims it hasnt. Thats between them. I should not have to wait this long for a refund. Very disappointed. May have to contact an attorney.

We bought this LG refrigerator when our old one broke down. The quality and price was very good. We had a shelf to brake but it was really our own fault due to how we placed the shelf and how much weight was on it. We moved our heavier things to the bottom shelf and we changed how we had the shelves.

I purchased this refrigerator and it was delivered on Nov 11th of 2022. The ice maker was missing parts and could not be installed. 3 weeks later a new ice maker was delivered and not installed. I had to wait until today 12/6 for installation. Come to find out this model does not support an ice maker per the installation people. Im now sitting here with a fridge and a worthless ice maker. As per the advertisements via LG and Home Depot this fridge would support Ice Maker as advertised. I would like to have someone contact me and fix this issue.

I bought this 5 months ago and it is already not working properly. The refrigerator wont get cold enough to keep food safe to eat. The freezer is freezer burning everything. My food and milk keeps going bad very quickly. Ive been emailing and calling LG for help for over a week and still have not been helped. Ive been trying to be patient but broke down in tears today. I have to put my meat and milk in a mini fridge instead of this practically brand new refrigerator that I bought a few months ago. I wish I could give a good review but this is a terrible experience and I just cant. I hope to have a better refrigerator soon or a refund to go buy a better one.

After a power outage due to a bad storm and cleaning out my old fridge I decided it was time for a new one. I am glad I did. The black color now matches my other appliances.
