I bought this washer about a month ago and I absolutely love it. I bought the one with the inverter and it is the best washer I have ever owned. Not only does it hold larger loads than the washers with the agitators but it cleans the clothes with care.

We have had our new washer for just about a month now and we are very happy with our purchase. The machine is very quiet very efficient and cleans both large and small loads effectively. Our clothes towels and sheets come out so much cleaner than our old wahser. The time it takes for our ne LG Washer to run a cycle is also much faster. We couldnt be happier.

Clothes come clean

Clothes come out clean which is the most important. Do not like not having access to water coming into machine and also not able to choose water level myself. I feel I need to always use the extra fill feature because when up to the machine the water didnt even cover all of the clothes. As a result I feel I need to use the extra rinse cycle also. So instead of conserving water I believe I am using more water than necessary and it also takes a very long time to do a load of wash. However I know people that have the new no agitator washers and their clothes do not come clean and I am very happy that it is not the case with this machine.

Great product but test method doesnt work

We love the machine. It cleans really well. Unfortunately I sent one back because the first installation test method in the manual does NOT work. The second machine I received had loose parts clanging in it. I sent that back. The third machine did not work when we did the installation test but we decided to just do a load of wash. It worked just fine. It was a REAL INCONVENIENCE to follow this test in the manual because it is useless and caused us to send back the first machine for nothing Fix the test and the manual
It is a deep machine and I agree with other small people it is tough to reach for the clothes at the bottom.

Our old washer wasnt washing the clothes like it once did. So we were recommended an LG washer. Glad we took the advice bc our clothes have been cleaner then ever. Also it seems like we have less laundry since the washer is like 5.3 cu ft

I love the turbo washing and watching the machine in action through the clear lid. I chose a top loader versus a front loader since I often forget an item and can easily interrupt the cycle to add them without starting all over again. Clothes come out very clean. FYI- This machine has a huge tub and is quite deep and could hold very large loads. If you are a petite person you may have difficulty reaching the bottom of the tub to retrieve small items like socks.
