Product was delivered damaged

the dishwasher was delivered damaged. the box was fine so delivery was accepted, but my contractor didn't open the box until a week later and we saw that the left front leg was damaged on the inside. i understand that we passed the 48-hr return rule. samsung sent out a technician who told me that he couldn't fix it and that the warranty doesn't cover this damage. he also said not to install it as-is as it might cause leaks in the future. basically, i got a brand new dishwasher that cannot be installed or returned.

side panels bent, integrity issues. inside, major components were broken. samsung refused to return. would charge $350+ to replace & fix. unbelievable.

Buyer Beware! buyer beware! samsung has a 15 day return policy! i ordered this dishwasher to have delivered for my contractors to make sure it fit into the new kitchen space. but! the delivery was delayed on their end, and my contractors where pulled on to another job and unable to make sure the dishwasher fit until after the 15 day policy. and guess what? it does not fit! i've called multiple times only to be told that a manager would call me back. have they? no! this is a major investment and to only allow 15 days is absolutely ridiculous. all other major stores allow at least 30 days or more. the appliance is still in the box totally unopened, i would be happy to do an exchange, nope not part of the samsung plan. i could recommend this product, but i do not recommend buying directing from samsung.

Impressive!

Wasn't sure what to expect from the compact 18" Whisper Quiet 46 dBA Dishwasher in Black Stainless Steel DW50T6060UG. I will say it amazes me every day! I have used all the options and some take over 3 hours from start to finish but it's worth it! It also has a 60 min wash which does an excellent job as well. I like how it opens at the end of the cycle to finish drying. The black stainless steel modernizes my vintage kitchen and I love it! It is so quiet while running. We can still enjoy a family game in the kitchen and not have to raise our voices to be heard over the dishwasher. I highly recommend it for a small space. Our cutout was 18" and it slid right in. It connects easily to an outlet vs having to hardwire it which was great.

Very Quiet

The DW50T6060UG Samsung dishwasher is great for small spaces! With an 18" cutout I was able to have a built-in dishwasher. The DW50T6060UG is incredibly quiet! The only time I hear it is when it drains. Pretty awesome as my guest bedroom is right off the kitchen. I am able to get quite a few dishes in which is amazing for its small size. I do remove the silverware holder and save all my silverware for my next load when washing large pots. I can get a couple fry pans in with my plates and silverware but a large saucepan or stockpot needs extra space and the silverware holder is in the center of the machine. The black stainless steel updates and modernizes my kitchen. The control panel on the top was etched by the screw head. Very disappointing that something like a screw could damage the panel so easily. Since the door automatically opens at the end of the cycle to allow better drying, I see the scratch all the time. I am also unimpressed by the kickplate with its stainless colored screws and space. It stands out and would have been better all black.
