we remodeled our kitchen and we decided to buy all samsung new appliances, got new microwave , stove and this beautiful 4 door refrigerator (almost $3k), all in black stainless steel. unfortunately, the beauty didnt last, exactly one year after ice maker stopped working, my husband called samsung and they installed new ice maker, now almost 2 years after we originally bought it , ice maker again not working!. we are so disappointed, at this point i wish i can sell it and buy a different brand .

Color coating came off in 7 months.

bought back in april 2021 and the color coating is coming off already. called technician and he called it a physical damage without even looking into detail. after 2 more weeks there are lots of other small pieces coming out all over. called samsung again, they say its reported as a physical damage forever. samsung, this is a rip off. please take care of your cusotmer.

Great design with some technical flaws

caveat: i have a slightly different one (from 2017). they might have changed the ice maker design since. i love the self-filling pitcher even though it does leak a bit when pouring. adjustable shelves, the middle drawer, power consumption, all great. the achilles heal: ice maker. being within the normal refrigerated section means it has low capacity but crucially, it struggles. ours was constantly freezing over. several repairs later (new unit and main board) and now it both freezes over and produces half-frozen ice. customer support did behave well though. tried to repair it several times, finally refunded a partial amount. enough for me to buy a dedicated ice maker and continue to use this fridge. adjust your expectations accordingly and for the right price this is a good product.

we purchased a complete set of appliances and were told via chat that we would receive additional promo items. after 3 phone attempts each time being redirected i finally choose to try to chat online. online the reps are stating i didn't understand the what was originally communicated to me, although i have a copy of the chat in front of me. very difficult to work with. this is to expensive of products to buy with poor customer service. bestbuy, local shops and even amazon would be a better bet for service.

We have had our new refrigerator for about two months and we couldn't be happier. It is a remarkable upgrade from the old side by side we used to have. The amount of space is the most noticeable difference. No more struggling to fit everything. My favorite feature is the middle drawer. I finally have a space for all my snacks as well as drinks for my grandchildren. I could go on and on about the features including WiFi accessibility, the quick access door shelf, or the built in, auto-fill water pitcher but I won't bore you with too many details. Just to say we love our new Samsung fridge.

My Brand New Refrigerator! WUP WUP

We just bought this refrigerator about two weeks ago and absolutely LOVE it. We had our first refrigerator for 34 years. But this new refrigerator has all the bells and whistles on it that we really like. Automatic ice maker, cool pitcher of water in it that fills up automatically when it needs to, plenty of space and French doors (which I've never had). You just couldn't ask for anything more. My husband and I are very pleased with it so far and hope it lasts 34 years like our old one did.

I have my Samsung refrigerator for three months now and love it. Using the middle drawer for sodas is the best feature. I put an alkalinity filter inside the water pitcher that helps me keep drinking high alkaline water without the headache of refilling a bottle. Easy access door really helps with efficiency.

They seem to have fixed the problem with the ice maker on previous models so that's good. Its very attractive "Black Stainless". Changed the water filter but can't get the filter lite to turn off. but here is my biggest problem, something leaked inside the fridge and git under the glass on the bottom shelf. There doesn't seem to be a way to clean it or remove the glass for cleaning. This makes be really angry because now my beautiful fridge looks dirty.

The Samsung Counter Depth refrigerator is a dream! Though, not perfect it was such a great upgrade from our previous one. The stainless steel shows very little finger prints, but does seem to scratch pretty easy. My child walked by with his backpack on and the zipper left a pretty good scratch. We hope to be able to find something to "buff" it out. Installation and setup was a breeze! It had reached the right temp for the fridge and the freezer in just under 4 hours. It also connected pretty easily to the Samsung SmartThings app. The app shows the current temp and send alerts to your phone if the door is left open too long. I do wish the shelves went all the way to the back wall on the sides (pic included). It is pretty easy for a slender bottle such as Worcestershire or hot sauce to get pushed off the back of the shelf, making it fall down to the one below. The built-in water pitcher is pretty awesome! I love that it automatically fills. I plan on trying out some cold brew tea in it. Love the flex drawer! It is perfect for us to keep the kids drinks and yogurts on a level they can easily reach on their own. The door in door feature is pretty cool. Takes some getting used to if you didn't have it before. Overall we are very happy with our new Samsung refrigerator! It's sleek, quiet, and the best finishing touch to a kitchen remodel.

I live in a brand new house so getting to review this fridge was amazing! The fridge fits right in with our other stainless steel appliances and looks amazing. My favorite thing about this fridge: the auto-refill water pitcher, left side door. Put fresh fruit and/or veggies in the pitcher's infuser (basically an insert in the core of the pitcher with holes in it). Activate the auto-refill settings on the right side of the fridge and every time you put the pitcher back in the holder it'll automatically refill so you always have flavorful fresh water! I used strawberries, raspberries, cucumbers, basil, mint - I'd imagine you could use just about anything to give your water some flavor, granted, you have to change out the fruit every so often. The middle right side shelf is versatile. You can use it entirely or push it back (folds into the back of the shelf on a track) in order to store taller items (see video). Another cool thing is the feature that allows you to only open the "outside" of the right-hand door to quickly grab a condiment or whatever you have in the door. The "trigger" latch (see video) is on the inside of the right door handle. Press that and only the "outside" of the door opens - handy when you forgot to grab the mayo and it saves energy! The "door ajar" alarms are just loud enough to hear, say if you grab something out of the fridge and run back to the couch but fail to completely close the door. You'll hear a slight "ding ding." I didn't like the drawer in the bottom section of the fridge. It seems to slip off the track almost every time the drawer is opened. As a result, you're constantly pushing the drawer back in so that you can get to the items in the freezer bottom (see video). Another thing that won't get my vote is the ice dispenser in the door. The "Cubed Ice" comes out rather slow, and the "Crushed Ice" doesn't come out completely crushed... you get some cubes, too - more than you'd think (see video). I'm addicted to the soft, pellet style ice that you get at some fast food places, so when I think "crushed ice" I'd like for the ice to actually be mostly crushed. But, the water dispenser works great!

I am I n love with this refrigerator. It has ample shelving and drawer space and the gallery door has to be one of my favorite features. It makes it easy to grab coffee creamer, butter, etc. without having to open the whole door. My son loves the flex drawer. We keep most of his refrigerated snacks in there and he can just help himself. My freezer has never been more organized. It has plenty of room and the upper drawer/shelf is great for ice packs, popsicles and more. This refrigerator is sleek and fits our lifestyle and kitchen seamlessly. I highly recommend it!!

Not only is this fridge stunning to look at, its a perfect size fridge for everything I need. The customized shelves (standard to slide-in or flip-up, to store tall items with ease) unique custom Cooling temperature display/function, and metal cooling feature, keeps my food organized and cold. The food showcase gives me quick access to my everyday cooking items, without losing cool air. The LED lighting is bright and makes everything so easy to see. The ice/water set up was easy if you have the hookups already. The water tastes fresh and there's a pitcher in the fridge that will auto fill for you if you prefer really cold water. It has an infuser as well so you can add fresh fruit to make a Delicious infused water! So good! Otherwise, just use the handy cubed/crushed ice feature, and you're all Set! I'm not sure about you, but My kids love to help Themselves to drinks and snacks and the flex zone drawer is the perfect solution! The ability to customize the temperature and easily organize the food and drinks has been a game changer! If you have kids that open the fridge and stare in it while all the precious cool air flows out, you need this fridge. This function alone made it a stand out choice for our family of 5. We love the fingerprint resistance feature on this fridge, too! No need to worry about every single fingerprint anymore. Easily wipes clean with a microfiber towel. The freezer is the perfect size to ensure the freezer doesn't get full and not close all the way, which avoids that frosty build up. The freezer has way more space than my last one! I have the 22 cu. ft. 4-Door French Door, Counter Depth Refrigerator with Food Showcase (RF22R7351) and I have to say, I am speechless with this amazing technology. First of all the installation was pretty easy and no hassle or difficult screws to tide, I have to wait 24h to have Ice and cold water, but the temperature inside when from hot to cold in no time so when switching from my old fridge was not an issue. The metal cooling in the back of the fridge really help my food to stay fresh longer and the showcase is just so convenient that I actually rely on this feature a lot. It has internet so I was able to link it with my smart-things app and now if I forget to close one of the doors, automatically I start getting text messages on my phone and on my Samsung TV. I am also able to change the temperature while out of my house and I can as well remotely start having more ice in the freezer compartment if I know I will get some visitors. The space inside is so great, the door small compartments are big enough to help me holding condiments and small containers so I can be smart taking advantage of it. Something that made me so happy is that all the compartments in the freezer area are removable so I can pull them out and wash them easily in the sink without having to bend and try to get something sticky from the bottom. Even though it is a counter depth fridge, you actually have a lot of space so it gets filled up and everything is reachable and it enhances the glamour of your kitchen. Unexpectedly Convenient

When this refrigerator was delivered I was happy to see that is was not protruding so far away from the counter, compared to our last refrigerator. The stainless steel is appealing and sophisticated looking. I have children and surprisingly I have not had to constantly clean it from fingerprints. Every now and then I see a smudge but that is great compared to lots of finger prints. There is not that much space inside the refrigerator but the shelves fold up to make room for taller items. The shelf on the door can also accommodate taller items. I enjoy being able to make an assortment of drinks in the pitcher with a diffuser situated inside the refrigerator on the door. The ice dispenser is convenient with just a simple touch to change it from cubed ice, crushed ice, or water. The first drawer accommodates a lot of refrigerated items not able to fit on top. The drawers have adjustable handles. The adjustable drawer handle pulls in an upward motion making it easy to open. The freezer has a sliding shelf inside making it easy to see what's in the freezer. The refrigerator is connected to my cell phone through the smart App and I am immediately notified when my children have the refrigerator door open to long. I have grown to really like this refrigerator with it's unexpected conveniences.

I was pleasantly surprised by the capacity of this refrigerator. The shelves both fold and adjust to fit items of different sizes. I love that the doors have plenty of space for smaller items. It sure minimizes the clutter and saves valuable space. The food showcase is a great idea. I keep the items I frequently use (milk, juice) and I can quickly grab what I need. Its a great refrigerator and has a sleek look perfect for our family.

Fantasic Fridge

I didn't know we needed a new refrigerator, but when this thing arrived, I was blown away, it is very sleek and stylish, and looks great in our kitchen. Friends and family have all commented on how fancy this refrigerator is. 10/10 for style points. The best features are the Food Showcase, which is great for access to commonly used condiments and juiceboxes, etc. for our daughters to access, without leaving the whole fridge door open. I also find the flexzone drawer super convenient to store all lunchmeats and items for kids lunches, I always know where everything is. I could not go back to a standard two door fridge after owning this one. The freezer drawer is relatively deep and can hold enough food. Only complaint is that the top slide drawer in the freezer seems to come off the rails here and there, and getting it back right is a pain. Outside of that, zero complaints. Oh, almost forget, love the autofill pitcher, great for access filtered water without standing there waiting for it to fill up, especially for coffee and my smoothies. Overall, this refrigerator is fantastic, and truly does make my daily tasks more convenient.

I purchased the Samsung 22 Cu. Ft. 4-Door French Door, Counter Depth Refrigerator with Food Showcase. Samsung has done an AWESOME job with this fridge. While it is only 22 Cu Ft, it seems so much more substantial. I love that this refrigerator is countertop depth. I have always seen the fridge as an eyesore because of how far it protrudes from the countertop. The interior seems a bit small with the icemaker occupying a good part of it. The foldup and slide back shelves are a great touch and help with my organizing of the larger items. At first look, I thought that there is no way I will be able to get all the contents from my old 28 Cu. Ft. fridge into the new fridge, but I was able to arrange all the containers nicely into the new Samsung fridge. The door bins, while they can't be adjusted, surprisingly fit my different height condiment bottles quite well. The autofill water pitcher is a HUGE plus for the members of my family since we drink so much water. The exterior water dispenser is great, but like all refrigerators, it just takes way to long to fill a glass. This is my first fridge with drawers for the freezer, and I have yet to have something fall out as it so often happens with a top freezer and french door freezer. Again, I was able to fit everything from my old fridge's freezer. This fridge is a beautiful addition to the already upgraded appliances in my kitchen. I have no regrets with this purchase and would recommend Samsung to anyone looking to upgrade their fridge.

Samsung Refrigerator Life Changer

To say I was surprised by my new Samsung refrigerator is an understatement. I thought all fridges were the same. I was wrong! The French doors and the built in water pitcher are amazing. The vegetable pull out drawer and the double freezer pull out. I can't believe how much space is available. Our young kids can Walk in and open it up to grab snacks and frozen treats. It's so great. We used to crunch our groceries in our double door old refrigerator and I thought that's how it was supposed to be. Well I was wrong and the space we have now allows us to buy the right amount of food to fill our fridge up and feed us for the week without having to make multiple store runs. Thank you Samsung for the innovation. This family of five is loving our new Samsung refrigerator!!

First of all, this refrigerator is very aesthetically pleasing. I have already received many comments from friends and family on how great it looks. The counter-depth version fits perfectly among my cabinets and looks sleek and sophisticated. Some of my favorite features are the FlexZone drawer, as well as the Showcase Door. I use the FlexZone drawer to hold all my meats and cheeses for easy access, which comes in handy when making lunch. The Showcase Door is great for items you want to grab quickly like milk and condiments without having to open the entire door. Also the water, ice, and crushed ice options work great and are conveniently right there in the other door. The freezer holds a lot more than I expected. I was worried about this type of freezer as my previous refrigerator had a side by side freezer door. But the sliding drawer on top works great and helps keep everything organized so you don't feel like you have to dig for what you are looking for. The freezer space also holds surprisingly more than I was expecting. Another cool feature is that you are able to configure the shelves inside the refrigerator to allow space for tall items such as milk and wine bottles. However, if you don't have any tall items at the moment you can convert it back to extra shelf space which works great. Overall, my impressions of this refrigerator are all positive. It fits in perfectly with the rest of my kitchen appliances and takes the overall appearance of my kitchen to the next level. I would highly recommend this product to family and friends.

This fridge is BEAUTIFUL and has remained smudge free since we have installed it in our kitchen. I really enjoy the showcase, for getting out milk for my son without having to open the rest of the fridge. We use our flex drawer for lunch meats, cheese, and water bottles. I can adjust the temperature to whatever we decide to fill this section with. The freezer was designed very efficiently as we can maximize the space inside. The outside water dispenser, ice, and crushed ice works very well and the water taste quite fresh. Perfect fridge for my on the go family!

Such a great refrigerator! Everything is so smooth and easy to access because of the depth and the adjustable shelves. The personal pitcher is a great addition and makes for a convenient way to keep water on hand. I have not yet used the infuser but I'm sure it's a nice addition. The touchpad inside the door is a quick and easy way to tweak the settings for everything. We are really pleased with everything overall!

We recently purchased this Samsung counter depth refrigerator. The install itself was (thankfully) uneventful - two gentlemen made quick work of the old unit and had the new one setup and installed in minutes. I was a little nervous about the capacity, since it's slightly smaller than the unit we replaced. But, having used a side-by-side for the last 12+ years, I was shocked at how much more food fits inside. While I have no reason to doubt the capacity numbers, it seems SO MUCH BIGGER. I absolutely love the moving divider quadrants in the Flex Zone drawer. It really helps keep the drawer organized and I'm able to actually see everything in it. It's MUCH better than traditional internal refrigerator drawers where items stack up and sometimes get lost in the bottom/back (and go bad before being noticed)! The Food Showcase Door is an interesting feature. For me, it took a little reorganizing from how I've always used door shelves in the past. In a traditional fridge, I've always put condiments and dressing bottles in the door, purely by shape (i.e. items that were skinny). However, many of these items end up being used rarely and therefore the Showcase door doesn't particularly help. Instead, I've moved items out of there that were rarely used and moved them to the back of a main shelf. This has freed up room for the items we use much more frequently (drinks, creamer, favorite dressing, jelly, whipped cream, etc.). That's when I actually started using the showcase door more, and it's quite convenient! The biggest surprise came in the form of the water pitcher. It wasn't in any way part of my purchase decision - I mean, why would I care about a self-filling pitcher?!? However, it's now turned into one of our favorite features! As soon as my daughter cut up strawberries and put it into the infuser in the pitcher, I think we've doubled our water consumption! Just the subtle flavor from fruit (and no sweetener!) and the fact that it's always ready to pull out and put on the dinner table - I'm sold! Another nice design feature - the easy open freezer (and flex zone) drawers. The handles pull up when you open a drawer, releasing the magnetic seal. If you've ever had a fridge that slowly moves away from the wall over time, you'll love this! This little feature keeps you from accidentally pulling the fridge before you overcome the magnetic seal. Overall, a beautiful fridge with wonderful attention to detail - as I've come to expect in Samsung products!

The Samsung fridge is downright incredibly beautiful. I went with the traditional stainless steel option and am absolutely in love with this fridge. The Samsung white glove delivery service was exceptional. The installation crew was in and out very quickly, all-in-all probably less than 30 minutes! Although most new fridges will do the job, the Samsung fridge stand out to me as a phenomenal purchase compared to low budget priced fridges for several reasons: the profile, the finish, and the features. I chose to go with the 22 cubic foot version because my household only has 3 residents (I would have gone with the 28 for 4 or more). According to the Samsung website, the 22 cubic foot version is supposedly good for a built-in look, and I couldn't agree more. My old fridge used to extend significantly away from the counter tops - the new Samsung fridge would almost disappear into my kitchen. Which brings me to my next point - the finish. I dont know what it is about this fridge, but the stainless steel is incredible and "outperforms" other fridges I was looking at. There are some features that stood out to me that made this fridge worth all the money. On the left hand fridge door, there is a detachable water pitcher with a fruit infusion compartment. I haven't infused anything yet, but just having a cold pitcher of water I can take to my bedside table at the end of a long day is sooo convenient. The water and ice dispenser is great - my old fridge had a large ice opening which meant some ice cubes would always find their way through the cracks and fall onto the floor. The water fills pretty quick too. When I purchased this fridge, I didn't think I would use the flex drawer much, but that was before I read the manual and found out the flex drawer is a mini wine cooler!! Now I keep that thing stocked. The right hand door has a "preview" function that supposedly helps you look into the fridge without having to fully open the door. I use this door feature as a quick grab-and-go with all my lunches for work when I am in a rush in the morning. Lastly, and most importantly, I had no idea this fridge has smartphone capability when I ordered it. The only qualm I have about the fridge is the easy of setting up the fridge with wifi the first time - I think it probably took me about 5 to 8 minutes to figure that out. Once you have it set up though, you can change temperatures, know when your fridge door was left open, and turn on/off the ice maker Is icing on top.

Versatile and Sleek

This beautiful Samsung RF22R7351SG is perfectly sized for my family of 5. I was hesitant at first with capacity, but have been pleasantly surprised. I also love the filtered water pitcher built into the door. My daughter will use this often. The digital controls are awesome and being able to control this via WiFi is great. I love the preview door for when I just need to grab a condiment or see how much milk we have. The freshness drawer is awesome for dishes you need chilled for events or get together a. The freezer has twice the space my last larger fridge had. I think I am equally impressed by the modern look it offers. I have a 3 year old and he likes to put his hands on everything, so the fingerprint resistance is perfect. Ultimately I would recommend this Fridge for any size family. I believe you will get the biggest bang for your dollar with this refrigerator plus it will fit almost any space without having to dismantle anything!

Best Refrigerator I have owned

I was so happy to get this new Samsung 4 door, counter depth refrigerator with food showcase, my previous refrigerator had some issues that were just driving me crazy. This guy was a welcomed upgrade and I had high expectations for it. Well I can tell you it has exceeded all of them. It just looks so elegant next to my wine rack. This Samsung really gives a refined appearance to my kitchen. Below I'm going to list my pros and cons for this appliance for easy reading. Appearance and Feel: I just can't say enough about how good this refrigerator looks in my kitchen. I have just found myself glancing at it from time to time in marvel. I also love the feel. It does not hold fingerprints or smudges which is awesome! Anyone that has used stainless steel appliances before knows that the worst thing about them can be the constant wiping of fingerprints. Not this one. It resists fingerprints and smudges and if you do happen to get one, one wipe and there gone. Interior Shelving: Oh my, I love the shelving in this refrigerator. This guy is designed with life in mind. This is probably the feature I like the most. We are a family of four and we also work for a living, with that in mind we don't cook new dinners everyday we consistently have leftovers. We put those leftovers in a container and then in the refrigerator. Well everything fits in this guy, and everything fits easily. The shelves side and move, fold up or down to make room, and without hassle. Food Showcase: Such a great feature if you have kids. Kids are in the refrigerator all the time. Getting a cold drink, getting condiments for food, just looking who knows, with this feature I love that all the cold air doesn't escape every time the door opens. Smart Things Integration: I like the fact that the fridge tells my phone when the door is open too long. Also, you can adjust each sections cooling temperature as well. Just an awesome feature altogether. In summary I am very impressed with this Samsung refrigerator (#RF22R7351SG). I feel Samsung has manufactured an awesome appliance with this guy, I have not found any con or negatives at so far. I would recommend this Samsung refrigerator to everyone.

4 Door Delight!

Let's start off by saying this thing looks fantastic, its a REALLY nice looking refrigerator, all my friend have commented on how nice it looks. The FlexZone drawer, as well as the Showcase Door, are both fantastic features. The flexzone drawer holds all my meats, cheeses and water bottles for easy access, especially when making lunches. The Showcase Door is great for your typical quick grabs, like juices, condiments, coffee creamer and beer, without opening up the entire door. I love the autofill water pitcher, this is great for filling the coffee maker each morning, and never worrying about standing there to refilling it, it just refills itself! I actually filled a clear glass flip top bottle all the time with my previous refrigerator, and the water nozzle was inside the door, so had to stand there with the entire door open to refill my water, I don't miss that. The water, ice and crushed ice options are great right there in the door, though if you open the right door while you are filling something, it stops. The freezer holds a lot more than I expected, and the sliding top drawer is very convenient and allows a lot more storage for frozen foods such as berries, fruits and french fries that can lay flat. Bigger stuff goes in the bottom. Very happy with storage capacity, though I am at the limit! I was able to connect my regrigerator using the Smart Things app, so I can control temperatures, turn on ice maker, and adjust the temp of the Flex Zone drawer all from my Galaxy S9, plus it alerts if the door is open. Very cool. I am still working on the shelving configuration, tall items such as milk, wine bottles, etc, go on the left side, as the top shelf folds up on the left side, but not the right, I wish I could move an entire shelf higher, I seem to have a lot of tall items. Overall, iniital impressions are this refrigerator is fantastic, I have been completely happy, and is the nicest appliance in my kitchen, it makes me want to upgrade my range and dishwasher.

My new Samsung refrigerator let me start off by saying one of my favorite features is the auto fill pitcher with infuser. It automatically fills the pitcher each time you shut the door. If you are like me i love Entertaining guests and this is perfect. With three little kids we need a lot of storage space and this refrigerator gives us that. The freezer space is also very organizable. You can see everything which was a big issue with our last refrigerator where we had so much wasted food hidden in the back. We are very happy with our new dream refrigerator. Thank you Samsung!
