I finally received my new refrigerator and we love it. The color customization is amazing. It is sleek and looks wonderful with our aesthetic. The ability to have one of the bottom sections be extra fridge space is a game changer if you have small kids and want to keep an area stocked that they can easily reach as well as keeping them out of other things you would not want them getting into. I love the ice make and water pitcher features. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a great new refrigerator without all the screens. I simply do not know how I lived without the water pitcher in the door! The ice machine make 2 different sizes which is fantastic as my wife loves eating ice chips but I still get big cubes for drinks. I love the flat black color it goes great with our look. This fridge is a game changer!

The Samsung Bespoke refrigerator is so sleek and stylish! I love the option to choose colors for the four panels! We chose the black stainless steel, which looks gorgeous! The inside shelves are huge and the shelves go all the way from one end to the other. There's even a shelf that you can slide to make it fit taller items. It has a flex zone at the bottom that you can use as a freezer or refrigerator. The ice maker makes cubed and bite sized ice. There's a bin for each one and it comes with a convenient scooper. The beverage station is inside and has a separate door to save energy. The infusion pitcher is such a wonderful addition and gets used multiple times a day. It even refills itself! The drawers are huge and slide with ease. The refrigerator is wifi enabled so you can control everything from your phone. The ability to sync with the SmartThings app will allow you to change the temperature, change the FlexZone, and you can power freeze or power cool. I just can't say enough positive things about it! It is definitely the nicest refrigerator that I've ever owned! There's no comparison to our old refrigerator!

This fridge is an organizer's dream come true. They've thought of utilizing every space the best way. The shelves are nice and deep offering many different organization options. The beverage center is so awesome. The infusion pitcher can be refilled automatically. We love to use it for iced tea infused water and lemonade. The freezer is absolutely amazing so much space. We have a deep freezer in the basement and usually I would have to go there multiple times in a day but with this freezer I have less trips. We also freeze our dog food and it has offered us more space for them too. The freezer shows have the option to pull out which is so great. The ice cube options are really fun and it comes with a ice scooper which is the cutest thing. Also has an option to put on a reminder if the doors are not closed which is super helpful. On the bottom right side of this refrigerator you can adjust the temperature for it to either be refrigerator temperature or freezer temperature. This is such a cool and useful option especially with holidays coming up I feel as though we may need to switch it later on in the year. I feel as though a lot of thought has gone into the design of this refrigerator not only the outside but also the care and detail on the inside. The options of different colors is really nice too. The color we chose matches the Samsung gas range we have. I've never had a refrigerator that I've loved so much!

Cool looks with lot of space

It has a very sleek look and so much space inside, opted for counter depth 23 cu ft but it has most space than our old full depth 26 cuft. So far no issue except the dent and bit of scratches that were there at the time of delivery but Samsung is taking care of it. Taking of 1 star because the panels aren't finger print proof and need frequent cleaning.

We have been using the Bespoke about a month. We bought this for the ice. Lol! I'm happy to report that both ice makers work great, and the beverage station, which I didn't think we would use is AWESOME! The fridge is laid out beautifully with pull out freezer trays that make the bottom freezer much more convenient. And it just looks great in the kitchen- so sleek and great lighting inside. I would recommend!!

I've been shopping for a new refrigerator/freezer for months/year + and I thought this was it! So excited to have it delivered. Delivery people dropped it off and left it as fast as possible. Because the measurements are wrong. They do not include the wheels at the bottom so it is taller than the dimensions show. I said OK - I will get a carpenter to cut down the cabinet above so it will fit. Next, two of the upper door panels were slightly damaged/dented and I thought that they would be covered under warranty but they aren't. Delivery people probably saw this and left rather than returning it. Absolutely no help from Customer Support. I thought the removeable panels would be easy to replace, but they said no. Meanwhile I paid premium price and every email I get from Samsung now show a lower price. Otherwise I love it. Quiet, 4 sections are great especially flex part. Lot's of adjustable shelving. If my initial issues with the refrigerator had been easier I would have given it 5 stars.

I've had this refrigerator for a few months now and it looks great in our space while also being functional. The four doors took a little while to get used to but once your over the curve I think they are great. We get lots of compliments on it and we LOVE that it doesn't have handles! I will say though, it sticks out past our counters even though it says "counter depth" so I'm not exactly sure why they call it that. Just needs to come out with BETTER water filters and we would be set! The water filter it comes with just doesn't give us the best tasting water.

Innovative Design

My family and I have had this refrigerator for a short amount of time, but we already love it! It's design is innovative and we like the sleek and minimalist look. Even though we have the counter depth model, we are still able to organize appropriately so that it's very functional for our family. The sliding drawers and trays in the freezer section are fantastic. We no longer are subjected to digging into the deep abyss of the standard French door style freezer drawer. It's easy to find a place for each item and have it conveniently accessible. My family also enjoys the beverage center and while I was hesitant that we wouldn't find the refillable pitcher useful, I could argue now that we find it more useful than the actual water dispenser. It's also nice to have two options for ice. The smaller ice cube is not like hospital or "sonic" ice, but it beats crushed ice and is a good option to have. The scoop also works great. My only complaints thus far are that the doors and hinges are set up in way that require more space and clearance on the sides than anticipated. In the pictures marketed online, it appears that the refrigerator sits flush with the cabinets. However, this is actually not possible with the way the hinge and door are designed. Even with some clearance on the sides, the doors will not open or will only partially open; it comes in contact with a wall or cabinet. Temporarily, we have moved the refrigerator forward and away from obstacles. Another downside, although anticipated, was that a metal panel in the door was dented in two places. However, I contacted the seller and settled the problem with no issue. Dents can be managed though and that is also another reason we chose this fridge. With small children afoot, we liked that we could replace or change out the panels for a small cost if needed. Also, be aware that this fridge is not fingerprint proof, but can be wiped clean in no time! Overall, this is a great product and a game changer! We are happy to get away from the standard fridge designs and currently love the convenience that this refrigerator offers.

We couldn't be any happier with our new fridge. The beverage center is nice to have hidden instead of exposed on the outside. 2-panel freezer on the bottom is beyond convenient, not to mention the both have pull our shelves/drawers. We wanted to avoid buying a 3-door fridge with a giant pull out freezer on the bottom where food will get burried in. Having the fridge for only a month now and have gotten so many compliments. 10/10 would recommend!

the design of the swing of these doors are horrible. what they don't show you is that the fridge needs to stick out 8 inches to make clearance for the 4 inch thick doors to open.
