So far the refrigerator has been great! The style and look of it is awesome. Would like the water to be colder when coming out of the dispenser and for the top storage draw in the freezer to stay in when opening the freezer - currently you have to close it back in when you open the freezer to get something out of the main draw. These two tweaks and it would be a 5 star rating.

after 10 months of use the icemaker chute started dripping water, the technician told my wife this is a known issue and to clean the chute every couple of months or put some moisture-absorbing material on the shelf of the water/ice dispenser. its funny how when you leave a one star review they want to make it right but then tell you to contact the third-party servicer. very poor customer service.

I bought this in April 2021. So far so good. The capacity is not as large as you would think. You run out of room quickly. Also, the water/ice dispenser in the door drips after use so there's always a water stain there. That's not pleasant, but overall I like the unit.

We love our new Samsung French door refrigerator. It is very spacious and you can access everything easily. My sister and brother in law have the same fridge and they love it. I think the only negative thing I would say about it is the middle drawer in the fridge (vegetable crisping) cannot be opened unless both doors are open. Would highly recommend.

This refrigerator is a very competent fridge, both on size and capacity. It is also a very attractive piece in the kitchen. It is very good for my wife and myself(retired). If it was for us and two teenagers, I believe it would not very well accommodate the whole family needs. Shelving is difficult to adjust which limits storage of 2ltr bottles and wine bottles. It is a very reasonably priced unit for a very nice product. We have not used the Dual Ice Maker...not too sure if we will ever need to.

This Samsung refrigerator is roomy both in the refrigerator and freezer compartments. It holds lots more food and is super efficient. I like the ice, crushed ice, water dispensers. The only drawback or improvement that I can see that is needed, is perhaps a larger area or cover over the dispensers. Sometimes extra water or ice falls out. Other then that, I think this is a fantastic buy. A definite improvement on my part.

I bought this refrigerator in September 2021 after having my previous refrigerator 16 years. It was time for an update! I researched models and brands and decided on this one, because of the interior space of both the refrigerator and freezer. I also was looking for an ice maker and water. I have been very pleased with the amount of space I have. The ice maker and water features work great. I also love the visual appeal of the refrigerator. I have gotten compliments from everyone on how much they love my new refrigerator. If I had a complaint, it would be trying to figure out how to take the bottom shelf off to clean when there has been a spill. I still haven't figured that out yet and I'm a clean freak. I had a spill and it has gotten between the drawers and glass shelf and needs to be cleaned. If you can help me out with that, I would be ecstatic.
