This is the nicest refrigerator I have ever owned. I would have given 5 stars to the design except for the interior lights. You cannot change the bulbs yourself if they go out.. You have to have a qualified technician do this.

Less than one day and it's going back

what i like is the sleek look. the refrigerator is good size. the freezer is sufficient. and unlike other reviews, i think it is cold enough. i got the stainless steel and yes you can see finger prints very well. what i don't like and the reason it is going back. it is to noisy. there is a noise like you would expect from a refrigerator running and then there is an additional constant buzzing type noise. that is a deal breaker for me. i have a small kitchen and it is overwhelming. i really wanted this to work out.

I got this from my birthday a couple months back, and at first I wasn't sure, but it grows on you. It's far different than what I was used to. under the freezer section it doesn't seem to have enough space for 2 shelves. If you move one shelf up so you can get a tall item such as mild carton, it makes the other shelves real small. Freezer is huge! But I can always make the freezer be a refrigerator, but then I'd lose my ice maker and that's my favorite. Then the pull out pantry under the freezer is very useful. Not the LED lighting needs to be changed by a Samsung pro, so I wasn't thrilled I couldn't do it myself if needed.

Door is not reversible!!

while it's advertised as reversible door, 3 technicians already came to my house and they are unable to swing the door. i just called samsung and first they told me you can't swing the door for this particular model but when i told them their website advertises otherwise, they changed their story. in both cases, they told me its not their problem and i should contact the store. beyond disappointing. i will never purchase a samsung product again. nonexistent customer service.

Great refigerator

Bought from a company called Orville's in Orchard Park NY. They took out old refrigerator and delivered this new one. Gave us a union to connect he ice-maker to our water line. Smooth as silk. The refrigerator is a little larger than our old one, so the space is welcome. The digital controls are phenomenal and the ice maker works very well. We are very happy!
