worst experience, washer breaks down in 1.5 years of use, horrible service techs that waste dso much of my time scheduling a visit and they have no way to replace the electronic board that they claim broke down i had to buy a new washer of course not a samsung

the washing machine is called vrt? which i had to look up becuase it cant mean vibration reduction technology. cause my last washer came over in thr ark and it runs smoother then this unit. absolute garbage. let this thing hit spin cycle and youll feel like arnold getting to the chopper. you can do the macarena around the laundry room with it. and you would think with all the noise and movement it would wash well, that a nope. half the time it throw a error code and wont even finish a wash. samsung put fancy paint on a terd hauled it over here on a slow boat. and lowes sold it to me.

HORRIBLE MACHINE EVEN WORSE SERVICE

2.5 year old machine, never had any problems. all of a sudden mid-cycle the machine shuts down & wont turn back on. 3hours with samsung technitians. they told me i need someone to come service the machine but i would have to pay on this brand new machine because its out of warranty. i then proceeded to put a review online and before posting it said please call us so i did spent over two hours with multiple different people the first person told me they would offer me a one time extension of warranty. then they kept having to escalate the call in order to finalize everything by the time it reached the last manager she told me she has no idea. i have not heard back from this rep. im stuck with a machine thats broken.

we have had the washer for less than a year. washer leaks & leaves clothes smelling strongly of mildew despite cleaning the unit on a regular basis. cycles take a long time to wash clothes.

it's a decent washer. i thought it would be a lot quieter since they advertise vrt. the front door does however leak because it does not latch tightly which is pretty ridiculous.

My wife and I are very happy with the performance. Numerous setting allow for available washing cycles. The only negative is how deep the drum is makes it difficult to get items out with me being 6'2".

I rate this washer 0 stars I hate it. When you put it on sanitizes it does not soak much only in bedding. When you select hot it never hot, when the water come out in the front it always cold no matter if you have it on extra hot and when you have it on extra hot or soiled level high it always run on the first wash forever & when you put bleach on the dispenser it only work when it on rinse the bleach won't active when it on wash cycle in any selection and only cold water FOR JUST 2 MINUTES & always smell like bleach after it done when you put softer. Horrible washer and don't buy this machine) I had a Samsung guy came over to check it out cause Best Buy didn't had the geek squad to look at it. He told me that how it works

Tub Off Balance and Cannot Be Replaced

I bought this washer used from someone else who said it worked fine but just made noise at the end of the spin cycle. Come to find out, it was because the washer tub was off balance. I had my warranty company send a repair guy out and the tub is no longer available so it had to be replaced.
Don't buy unless you have a way of repairing or replacing this washer when it goes out on you. After doing some research, this seems to be a common issue with this particular model washer.

I bought my Samsung WF45M5500AZ/A5 washer at Lowe's and within 5 months it resets at the spin cycle and keeps going forever and ever. The drum is completely off balance every time it goes into a spin. I have been waiting on Samsung to replace it since December 27, 2017 and it's now February.

Purchased this washer on 06/20/17 and before I'd had the unit 90 days the motor was bad. The washer was taking over 4 hours to complete a wash cycle because it would not spin properly. Called for service and had a technician out 9/20/2017, he was supposed to return on 9/25/2017 with a replacement motor but didn't show. So I currently have a brand new washer that can not be used.
