So happy to purchased this years ago (maybe early 2000) because it never gave us any problems until 3 months ago . motor gave out and was cheaper to purchase a new one. no doubt we have get the same kind which is Frigidaire. we waited for this purchased until it was available, and when it finally became available, after 2-3 days, we noticed water inside (back of the refrigerator). we contacted the store where we bought it, and they replaced it, but the replacement was dented. To let you know, the dent was covered with tape. The delivery people were the ones who unpacked it. The dent was covered with TAPE. Unbelievable!!! So they have ordered another replacement and waited for it to be available. The third replacement came, dented again. the dent this time was not as bad as the second replacement, so we decided to keep it as long as the refrigerator is working mechanically perfect. This third replacement was delivered Thursday, February 24, 2022. the next day , this third replacement has water again on the back of the refrigerator.My question to Frigidaire:Is this water / condensation normal to this refrigerator????Is this third replacement we received still a defective one?Do Frigidaire have quality control to inspect all refrigerators/appliances to make sure they are mechanically sound and package and protected securely to avoid dents/damages before delivery??? Seems like a lot of time and $$$ wasted to be delivering something that is already dented and defective.I am sure you can see how very disappointing this is to us.How can Frigidaire help us on this one?The store where we bought it has been so kind to us, and we understand this is out of their control, and they are doing their best to help us. Now, we have to give them a call again for the fourth time about the third replacement delivery that just happened last week. we might just have to return it and get a full refund.
