We were looking for a big refrigerator to replace our old one. My wife specified that she wanted French doors with a bottom freezer. This one fit the bill. It feels well made and solid. Tons of room inside.

The brackets on the freezer got bent at delivery and are being replaced. The seal on the freezer had to be replaced. The seal on one refrigerator door may need replacement.

Love this refrigerator! It is huge. Still trying to figure out configurations to fit everything in it, but it accommodates my families needs very well. I wish the freezer had an additional shelf for organization, but other than that, we love it!

I took months reviewing refrigerators online and in person before I made my choice. We have had this for almost 7 months now and I love it even more than I thought I would. The inside capacity and layout is perfect for finding and organizing all of our food. The freezer drawer is very smooth and I love the solid bins which help so that when something spills, it doesn't go all over the bottom of the freezer. The doors hold so much that I even have room to spare. The overall look is very sleek and high end with the stainless steel inside too.

We purchased the 28.8 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator a few weeks ago in August. It had everything we wanted, ice in the bottom and water inside the door. There is adjustable shelving for desired heights with one that recedes half way back for taller bottles (like wine). We are a retired couple and don't need a whole 28.8 Cu. Ft., but we love it and it looks so good in our kitchen nitch.

We love our new fridge! It™€™s so much bigger than our side by side. We love the amount of ice it makes and the square shape is great! They fit nicely in all of our travel cups. The only thing that we don™€™t like is that a couple times, the ice drops when the freezer door is open.

Till now never cold water and ice available all the time..It help me stay hydrated all day and meet my required number of oz I should drink daily. Crisper draws work great keep my veggies fresh longer, lettuce is crispy.. The freezer section is fantastic, so much storage space allows me to prep meals and freeze them for my week dining.

We have had the new refrigerator for just over a month and it is everything I wanted it to be. I wanted a nicely appointed French Door refrigerator that did not have the ice and water dispenser on the front of the door. This has been the perfect solution. Refrigeration and freezer work great. Extra cooling area in deli drawer have been a nice extra. The only shortcoming is I wish it came with a wine rack inside.

I like the refrigerator, especially the size of the ice receptacle. It has good interior lighting for seeing your items inside. It took a a few days/week for the ice maker to get going and produce enough ice to catch up to our needs/wants. The water does not come out very cold, so ice is needed if you want cold water. The bins in the doors are very roomy. Well designed.

The refrigerator keeps freezing everything in the meat drawer. We have had people out at least twice to look at it and it's never been resolved. Then the icemaker broke and I contacted Frigidaire to get both that and the freezing meat drawer fixed and the technician has only addressed the icemaker issue. I asked him about the meat drawer and he said he was never told it was an issue and I had to call again. Why is that my fault? I'm not sure there are any good appliances built anymore, unless you buy Wolfe or Viking.

I™€™ve never owned Frigidaire appliances. The builder preselected the appliances and I followed up with purchasing the Frigidaire refrigerator. The features I like best is the roominess of the fridge, the no show fingerprints, the shape of the ice cubes and the fact that the ice is on the inside, and the fresh clean tasting filtered water. Very pleased with our purchase.

My Frigidaire refrigerator broke down after only 5 year. I went on COSTCO on line for a replacement. My daughter suggested we go look at them first. After an hour at Best Buy and half hr at Home Depot non of the Fridge were as spacious of my broken one. I decided to buy another Frigidaire. It wasn™€™t available at COSTCO, was out of stock on Frigidaire™€™ website. I found it at Home depot. I was forced to wait for week for delivery. The delivery service was horrible. 8 hrs later I noticed neither the ice maker or the water dispenser worked. I called Frigidaire and the lazy technician told me to call home depot for a replacement. Okay, here is the fun part., my previous Frigidaire arrived the same way. the ice maker did not work and after 3 technicians were unsuccessful to fix it, my daughter brought an ice maker. 4 weeks later, still waiting for the replacement which is another long story. I t will be unfair to Frigidaire to share the negative experience of the delivery issues here since it™€™s a Home Depot problem.

Seems to work well, but have only had it for a month. Water on inside door is not as cold as I would like or expect. The plastic wrap on the front of the fridge was difficult to remove as it was put on and sealed in the gasket. Very difficult to remove pieces sticking out.

I™€™ve had my fridge for almost a yr now. I previously had a side by side and was tired of not having room for wide/large items. That fridge also had water/ice dispensers on outside of the door. When looking for a new fridge inside space was at the top of my list, in freezer ice maker was also on my list, my husband wanted a water dispenser so we compromised with the inside dispenser. This fridge met our needs. I like the space inside and I like the clean appearance on the outside. A scratch proof stainless steel (if there is such a thing) would have been nice so the magnets we keep on the door wouldnt scratch it. Even though the shelves inside are ™€œspill proof™€ liquids do seep under the glass and settle between it and the bracket. The only way to clean it is to take the whole shelf apart, which is a pain. I would have liked 3 smaller crisper drawers instead of the 2 bigger ones. Then I could keep fruits/veggies separated from each other better. Also, I want to mention that this fridge is loud with the working sounds it makes. The ice refill is really loud! Over all I am pleased with our fridge and I™€™ve been happy with the Frigidaire brands we currently have (upright freezer, cooktop, wall oven & now our fridge)

I like the look and enjoy the shelving inside my refrigerator. Plenty of space and easy to organize. My only concern is after putting in some warm fresh vegetables, I had a lot of condensation in my vegetable cupboard and ice build up in the back of both vege and fruit cupboards. I even saw some little ice cycles in my freezer.. it doesn™€™t seem like it should happen. I had to take the coupboards out and use a warm wash cloth to melt the ice 3 weeks later. We like our new Frigidaire refrigerator! First one, with a freezer on the bottom. Lots of room for freezing foods and the refrigerator has such an eye-level view of all the products in the refrigerator. There is nothing hiding in this one! The internal water makes more of a sound when filling the ice trays but we are getting use to it. Lots of small cubed ice is great too!Overall, a great choice! Now, I need to get the matching Gallery electric stove!

Aside for the initial issue with the drinking water (switch was not installed properly at the factory), it's performed very well. Makes ice like crazy! The one thing I'm still getting used to is the water. It comes out like a fire hose! Other than that, it's done what it's supposed to do.

WORST PURCHASE EVER

Stay away from this refrigerator! This is the worst purchase I™€™ve ever made in my entire life out of every single thing I™€™ve ever bought! The icemaker stopped working three weeks after we got it it™€™s been seven months and we still can™€™t get anyone to help us. A cheep, flexible magnet, scratch the surface. Anything that touches it that is not of a fabric type of material scratches it. It always looks dirty no matter what you do. Those are all things that can be lived with though the icemaker stopped working less than a month after owning it, and Frigidaire will not do anything, we can barely get them to respond to us we keep getting Pandolf told that a work order has been done and somebody will get back to us in 7 to 14 days that was over six months ago. There is an alarm that gets tripped on the refrigerator when there is a power outage and the most concerning thing in the reason I would not ever recommend this refrigerator to anyone is, if you do not manually clear the alerts you are going to come home to a refrigerator and freezer full of spoiled food because when the power comes back on the refrigerator does not ! I do not recommend this refrigerator. If I had the money I would throw this in the trash and go buy a new one. I would not even use it as a spare refrigerator. It is that terrible. If you like the size in the shape in the organization. There are different brands. Do not buy this refrigerator. You will be upset and you will lose money and less you are able to , never have your power lost or be at home when the power returns to turn it back on. We are not the first people to have problems with the icemaker either. They know this, but nothing ever gets done. This is the world that we live in now I guess that™€™s just my experience in my opinion of this particular refrigerator .
